Nothing against Jason or his work but he doesn’t own the shop in Swartz Creek. He rented the building and is no longer in there and has no association with that building other then he use to rent it for a couple of years.
Here it is 98 Brother . LOL Florida got hot from the time we moved here and the summer average was around 86 . Hurricane season makes it humid as heck every day . LOL Blazer is looking great man . Great to see ya again . 😁🤘🍺🍺
Says permanently closed. Comes up at Swartz creek. That’s another hour from Clarkston. He’s probably not interested. If I was him I would be working on my own stuff…. Love your vids
You move forward at the pace you can move forward at. We've been having hot and muggy temps up here too for the past couple of weeks. Look forward to the a/c at home for sure. Free firewood is always a good thing. The parts depot for all the projects is looking good. Look forward to seeing the Elco make that one pass. Putting the Elco motor in the Chevelle would be one badass machine. Look forward to see what's next. Be safe and stay well.
i sure was disappointed myself, seems like the quality of everything has gone down compared to the old school stuff i use to get, when people were making them here in the good usa 🇺🇸
Ha 78!!! Thats Winter Time For Me!!! Over 1 Hundred Today With 70% Humidity Is Just A Normal Day!!! Blazer Is Coming Along!!! Keep Rocking It Out Brother!!!
shit you missed a few videos buddy, i usually try to post at least one a week two at the most lol, still collecting parts for her car but we're gonna start going through brakes and fuel lines exc..
Great explanation of everything. I did the same things on my 16 silverado along with some basic transmission and converter tuning with hp tuners. It drives so much better and limits the abuse the converter sees with the factory tune, which casues most of the issues.
You said that the filter was full of crud when you opened it. Sounds like the bypass valve didn't open. I'm glad that I'm not using Delco filters. I use Napa Gold. I use synthetic and change it at between 4,000 and 5,000 miles. It's the dreaded 3.6 v6. maybe I should be changing it a little more often, with the timing chain wear on these vehicles.
The Elco looks great with the new wheels/tires. Agree with the idea of giving it some love and getting it back to a daily driver. It sounds really nice. Are you gonna go back to a flat hood or stock cowl induction hood? Look forward to more. Be safe and stay well.
hey brian we are goin to focus on the interior and rear gears first, then move onto the engine and possibly change hood back to the factory cowl induction setup , but it's definitely going to be more fun to be able to put some miles on it 👍💪
I do love the welds. But I was surprised how good it looks with some street rims and tires! I’ve always liked both. I guess we have the same taste! Still so glad you didn’t waffle that thing! You would have gone into a depression my friend. Keep up the good content. I’m in Clarkston.
Congrats on the new grand-baby. Good place to eat breakfast. We do that up here were I am regularly. Grab a coffee, lunch, dinner and drive down to the town dock to check out what's going on out on the bay. It's deep, deep blue water in the bay right now.....very, very cold. Hope you said hello to my fellow Canucks across the river!! They are massive pieces of iron!! Look forward to more. Be safe and stay well.
