Omg it worked thanked God I been struggling now I pray it keeps on working my lo jerks around in his sleep and as soon as I lay him down he gets startled or wakes himself up
Thank you! I have a one week old and he is the chillest baby ever so I have to double check I’m not missing anything if he doesn’t tell me he needs it!
If only it were that simple. It took me many years to figure out my son's sleep issues. Finally I have people agreeing that he's either ADHD ASD or both. If you are struggling hold in there sometimes children just have difficulties
Hi @Alexis-dy3wv, it's recommended that baby be positioned with their feet to the foot of the cot to stop them wriggling down into a blanket or a loose fitting sleeping bag (your baby sleeping bag should fit snuggly and often has poppers under the arm to improve fit if need be). Please reach out if you have any further questions 💕
Hi @jessiediaz9536, most sleep suits have these 'built in'. I believe this suit was from JoJo, please see a similar one here: www.jojomamanbebe.co.uk/style/ST279648/C38804 🥰
Hi @honeylovelace601, thank you for your question, The Lullaby Trust advise not to use hats indoors at any time "Babies lose heat though their heads so remove hats or hoods when indoors or in a car so they don’t get too hot. Babies shouldn’t sleep indoors in any outdoors clothing." It's advised instead to use layers of clothing during cold periods. We have a guide here: Between 16°C to 18°C it's a baby grow plus the 2.5 tog sleeping bag. 18°C to 20°C the long sleeve vest plus the 2.5 tog bag. 20°C to 22°C it's a long sleeved vest or a short sleeve vest together this time with a 1 tog bag. 22°C to 24°C it's either a completely sleeveless vest or the short sleeve vest with the 1 tog bag. 24°C to 27°C a nappy and a sleeveless vest and a 0.5 tog bag. 27°C a nappy plus a 0.2 tog bag.
My mom told me at this age, you should put a cover on the baby's hands. If they startled, they easily fall back to sleep if their fingers are covered that when they are exposed
What about a 6mth old who used to sleep easy like this but now immediately wakes up on the drop off? He is so full of FOMO now that its hard to knock off too.
