Planning at least 2 meals that we can have leftovers each week is what I do. Mostly I plan the meat and add to it from pantry or fridge staples. Shopping each day would drive me crazy! Who has that time and what an energy sucker.
🩷🩷 have dealt with HG for 4 pregnancies… hang in there. It’s a wild ride if you’ve had loss too , because you don’t want to be sick but when you get what feels like a “break” from nausea, you worry sometimes wrong. So much love to you and can’t wait for little one to come!
