Would you have a part number? The one I was quoted was 4755476AA, but I wasn't for sure if that was the one I already have on the Ram currently. I couldn't find a good picture or description on Mopar's website unfortunately.
Was going to look at a new Power Wagon yesterday. My work schedule didn't allow it. Watching this video a few questions...if I heard right this truck is sitting on 35's right now? Is there a lift or leveling kit on it? Truck looks great as is, beautiful color. Lastly, how was the ride driving it back from Phoenix? How did it handle? Tough finding one here in east central Indiana. Just subscribed to your channel to follow this truck.
You are correct, it is sitting on 35" x 12.5" inch tires. No lift or leveling kit currently. It is still stock. You can fit 35 inch tires with no wheel well rubbing as well as a spare tire under bed still. It handled great driving back from phoenix. The power is always there when you want it on the mountain passes. Averaged around 13.5 MPG.
Great looking truck. Love my Red Beast. It is an awesome offroad beast with some serious flex. I have upgraded my suspension to Thuren/Carli with even more articulation over the factory.
That’s awesome you are running the Thuren leveling kit! That is definitely one of the upgrades I would like to do on this truck. I test drove another Power Wagon before I bought this one with the Thuren leveling kit and it drove great!
Going to depend on terrain and how much 4Lo driving you do, but I'm betting somewhere around 10. So that will get you roughly a 320 mile range. City driving with mine now I get avg. 13.5-14. I'll be taking some jerry cans with me on my trip to Canyonlands this summer! I'll still do better than my 80 series Land Cruiser!
Both statements are 100% accurate. I have owned 2 power wagons one 2014 and now a new 2018 and I had a 1 ton diesel prospector on 37's love the big solid axles rams.
+Patrick Carter We have the exact same color and truck, only difference I can see is the power wagon emblem on yours is not on ours. So much fun, reminds me of my Rubicon.
It's a Power Wagon, Tradesman edition. I own the same one (2016 edit). The Tradesman comes with less accessories on it to worry about getting broken :-P Tradesman loses the graphics, cab lights, non-painted fender flares, no upgraded stereo (mine has blue-tooth 5in touch screen option), split folding seats etc etc. The way you can tell it's a factory Power Wagon is by the winch, suspension (blue sleeves w/3" lift) and one of a kind rims/tires, 2016 + comes standard with 6.4L Hemi... Also, Dodge changed their truck branding so they are all RAM now. This truck is a RAM Power Wagon, which is built on the 2500 platform.
