@@R8HAIDER thanks brother but we have too many projects, maybe write up details and price on the comments and see if anyone here would be interested? 👍🏼
@zabzproject1416 haha fair enough, brother. love the content man keep it coming. Removed from a 2003 BMW M3 62K Miles S54 Engine Complete Manual 6 Speed Gearbox Rear Diff
@@saidkhouna7042 To be honest were not mechanic and can’t give you a pin point kind of information. But doing quick search the Electric accelerate fail could be simple as cleaning the the Throttle body but please make sure you disconnect the battery before cleaning by the Throttle body. But would be the simple and cheap way of checking EAC and if that doesn’t cure it need to get it checked from a garage and see if they can find fault. Hopefully someone reads your message who might have been through the fault and could give more light to this. Hope the info was helpful.
I had the same problem with my key I could not continue does the key work for all other things like the door lock and all other things. My solution was as happened under the steering wheel loosen the hood and mount a pressure switch then connect the correct wires of the starter lock then make contact with the key but do not turn but press the button and the engine starts. Everything just stays there so no headlight loose or anything. But without starter key it does not work. Suc6
Is there any way to do this without using the ignition barrel like having a push start ignition system I'm guessing that you would need the transponder chip aswell to over the immobilizer situation aswell 🤔
Thanks for posting this video, Will this sort out my problem, Mine is dropped the revs at 6 I thing being an auto should be at least on 9 Please advise
@@aggisdemetri hi yes your right, it should hover around 9, try cleaning the throttle body.. If that don’t work then I would advice a service I.e. spark plugs & ht leads 👍
@@ashanudagedara-od4oj hi no as it was not an ecu issue, if you install the push start there’s no need to reprogram your key as the immobiliser was deactivated via key connection 👍 Unless you’re having a communication problem where the immobiliser is not reading the key then you will have to look more into this and possibly will need to reprogram the key etc..
I have a quick question, how do I find what type of relay to get? I would like to buy the starter relay before disasambly but I can't find info online. Thanks in advance
@@zabzproject1416 gooday bro i have diagram on my box , what wire bridge into the back fuse box? The blue wire in (in) how and the other blue wire in my box where can i connect? This is my diagram in my black box 2 blue wire 1 is (in) and 1 blue wire is (out) and black wire is (grnd) and red is (12v)
@@zabzproject1416check this bro. If got the right bridge. The 1 blue wire in my black box. is connect to back fuse box(red) then the other blue wire in my box together in black wire bridge into negative rigth and the last wire red is into postive? ij total of 4wires 2 blue and 1red 1black this is right?
I have a Remote Starter Switch Can I use that instead of the probe to test? Connect one wire from the switch to the positive on the battery and one to the wire you had spliced in the video? Thank you for your excellent, helpful and instructive videos!
Hi I wouldn’t recommend it, if that’s the only way you have just be extremely careful as the probe will give a temp 12v power and can instantly switch off by realising the button, where as the starter switch might have a slight different play depending on what switch you have 👍
@@zabzproject1416 Thanks for answering! It's a simple switch similar to Sealey VS 205, I would have posted a link but seems like I can't do that. But when you push the switch it closes the circuit and when you let go it cut the power. It's an intermittent problem, so I thought I'll splice the wire and pull it out of the box and when the car won't start I can connect the switch easily and start. That way I can use the car until I have found the problem. Is it too risky to do it that way or what do you think?
@@robe006 I think that may work but I would put a fuse in between the positive wire just to be in the safe side, good luck & please let us know how it goes 👍
@@zabzproject1416 I connected it all today, I only tried starting once but seems to work fine. I connected a wire from the red one you show in the video and pulled it out through a small hole in the bottom of the box. Then I tested it with the starter switch, put some electrical tape around the wire and put it away under the hood until I will need it. I didn't put a fuse on the positivwe wire, but what amp fuse should I put?
I've just managed to replace both main beam bulbs today. Thankful for the video! Last time I did this had to partly remove the whole front lamp housing.
Thanks we really appreciate your feedback, what would you recommend next for us? We have a lot of unfinished project such as; Silver Nissan Skyline r33 Silver Toyota Supra MK4 (X2) Black Toyota Supra MK4 Volkswagen Golf MK6 (which we are currently working on). We do have couple of Nissan Skyline R34 but they are kept for future projects.. Would love to hear from someone like yourself what’s more interesting on the channel 😇
@@zabzproject1416 i'm not a big fan of matte black but matte hides all the imperfections, so looks good😁i wanna repaint my whole project car with yacht paint using roller and brush, so just looking for information if i should do it or better use aerosol cans🤣
@@mjevlampijevs we were looking into the roller paint on but never got around doing it, I would love to do or see a project done, let us know if you do go ahead with it 👍
First time we have had an issue with this 190E in nearly sixteen years of ownership and over 180 000 miles on the clock. Had the good grace to play up at home too. New unit from MB on its way!
Thank you, we really appreciate your support.. It truly is heart breaking, having to let go of our project 😢 specially this way but what can you do, apart from carrying on..
