Hello, I have a relative motion orthosis on my ring finger after an extensor tendon repair. But my finger rests way higher than what's shown in this video. Could this be problematic for the healing? Thank you for your opinion
had an finger PIP joint injury on my middle finger around 7 years ago.. since then, my PIP joint has been thickened and swollen and the swelling actually had never gone down completely.. there is also some low grade instability in my PIP joint.. but i do not have any movement restrictions and pain.. is it actually normal, that i have now permanent swelling around the joint and the swelling not going down?
Hello, your therapist can give you more information about the wearing schedule, depending on your condition. Orficast is a highly comfortable material.
Hello, please find more information about the different elements here: www.orfit.com/physical-rehabilitation/accessories/#!/dynasyst-dynamic-components
Hello, thank you for your message. Both products have similar properties and clinical indications. Aquafit NS gets completely transparent when activated and you can clearly see through it so it is an excellent solution for the fabrication of splints for wound management or pressure masks used to ensure excellent scar healing for the treatment of burned patients. Does this help?
Hello, thank you for your message. In the first demo we use Orfitrans Stiff 12mm (no PP). In the drape demo, we use Orfitrans Excel 10 mm (PE-Copolymer). The lines you see are exhaust channels.
Al weer ruim veertig jaar geleden dat wij op onze afdeling Radiotherapie in Deventer zelf de prae-cuts sneden. Techniek maakt het nu mogelijk om kant en klare materialen te bestellen en te gebruiken. Mooie ontwikkeling👌👌
I love this material- I was working a hospital/ outpatient job and did not have a splint pan at the hospital- what I ended up doing is taking this material and using a cup of microwaved warm water and I made two wrist cook up splints for a patient with median nerve symptoms- the splints turned out beautiful! The material is so easy to handle!
No no no. I don’t like hearing this guy. Get the British guy back. His narration is perfect. I can’t take this too seriously, you need someone who doesn’t have a thick accent. The Brit guy is PERFECT.
Why does that mask need a dedicated nose hole and why is it so important to make sure that they pinch the nose to keep it on there while they are adjusting it? Are the millions of small holes on the mask together not enough to make it breathable? I doubt you could even suffocate in that thing. You could probably even breathe through your mouth in that mask too. I'm a mouth breather myself anyway. I can't breathe exclusively through my nose without freaking out. I also can't have anything on my neck in any way, shape or form. No necklaces, hands, turtle necks, crew necks, ties, scarfs, etc.
