@@JosieNnadi My friend that lives in Port Harcourt not too far from the Air force base told me that that's not GRA and only being marketed as GRA. When I went back to look at the video again, I think he might be right.

If only Nigerian cities would concentrate on providing genuine sidewalks and cover the gutters and keep the streets tidy a little bit, then it wouldn't look much like the slum it is compared to western countries
