Welcome to my channel! I'm Just the average shooter with a variety practical gun builds, some gun parts/gear reviews, range footage along with a few mountain biking clips and other outdoor shenanigans.
I bought this gun last last week. I bought a new recoil spring for it. I took alot of hot brass to the face while shooting it. If the recoil spring doesn't do the trick I'll get the extractor replaced.
Im not sure if im missing something but ya look super uncomfortable. And i know that rig holds more mags but where's your plate? All that ammo meand nothing when you're walking like the tin man and can get dropped by .22 in the chest.
Hell yeah brother! Looks sharp too. Don’t know if you’re still running this setup, but hope you still like it. I’m thinking about getting a Zaffiri upper for my gen5 g19.
I run the exact same fixed mag setup on all of my rifles. Juggernaut takedown button with an AR Maglock. I did this because I like the button that comes in the Juggernaut kit better than the Kingpin button sold by AR Maglock. I didn’t use the rest of the Juggernaut kit because I want the bolt to lock back as it should. That being said, you don’t have to release the bolt to break the action as you stated. If your Maglock is setup correctly, the action separates just enough for the button to slide between the upper and lower receivers with the bolt locked to the rear.
@cooljess76 you are correct after running this set up for a minute it wore in to where I don't have to release the bolt forward. I think at first because I rattle canned this rifle with the extra paint being on there it was rough bit after using it for a while it works how you explained now
I was looking at this as an alternative if I couldn't get a good deal on a used usgi kac ras rail, but I got a good deal on a kac ras rail for $188 online so I'm happy, I spent $1500 on. Building my M4A1 clone build with bcm, b5 systems, thoroughbred armament upper and lower receivers, and geiselle automatics gas tube and Ambi charging handle
California can't make up their minds. I bought my AR with a regular mag release then had to change it to the 'bullet button' and now they want me to go back to the original mag release button. Idiots!
Thank you for this video man. Nice gun. Can you fit any optic to that rail or does it have to be a special Yugo? Also, do you have an affiliate link to the optic you used? I figure you should be paid for your work when we buy the same optic solely because of your video. Lol. Thank you!
@aguynameddoug.8001 this optic mount is designed to work with a t1 t2 pattern optic. They do have this optic mount with a rail so you can run any optic compatible with picatiny rail
