I have three guinea pigs, and I'm moving soon to Seattle from Wisconsin. Which airline should I take and what are the risks and costs of taking a guinea pig on an airplane?
Pigjes the enclosure could do with a bit more enrichment Perhaps loo rolls filled with hay, Guinea Pig safe balls, wooden or cardboard hanging up toys, more hideys Those items will be good for the Piggies to add more veriety for them 😊
Since he gets a different setting every 5 days (see my other vids, I have many cabinets full of different items), and needs to keep doing many zoomies due to his atrophied back and legs' muscles due to having been keep in small cages at previous owners, since he has severe petit mal and gets startled far too easily, he needs open space. He has a treat egg to roll around 3 days a week as well, filled with dried vegs, different than the ones I add to his pellets in the bowl. He does zoomies often, he love doing his laps luckily, which is great for his heart, as he's on heart medication permanently as well.

I have a swirling baby clothes hanger to hang veggies on, like a wheel with clothes pins. And bunny puzzles to find treats. I also drape veggies on a cord over the cage, etc.

What a cutie pie! A little doll! Does he or she have a cagemate? They recommend two piggies at least, but this little cutie could be a calendar piggie! Loved it!
She had up to 4 cage buddies at one point. She became 7.5 years old. She lost her last buddy a few months ago. We got another one right before that happened, but they both hated his guts. Turns out that he can't live with any piggie, as he has minor epilepsy and pigs see that as aggressive behavior. Also, he has heart issues. So, he has to live alone now unfortunately. But he has my company almost 24/7, and a stuffie, he is OK.

Prilactone, Vetmedin and Prilium to start with, see if those are enough to handle the heart probs. He also got a URI on top the day after the vid, so he's on antibiotics as well.
