The Finding EQUILIBRIUM Show started in 2020 at the start of the pandemic with the objective of educating and inspiring people to develop their own toolkit to help them find their equilibrium or remain that way.
Since then, we have interviewed many wonderful guests from across the health and wellbeing ecosystem including: workplace wellbeing leaders and champions driving change within their own organizations, health and wellbeing entrepreneurs who are driving change through innovation and health and wellbeing specialists who are driving change and healing through their own areas of knowledge and expertise.
The conversations are always illuminating, inspiring and uplifting for me personally, so it felt only right to spread the joy! This is how The Finding EQUILIBRIUM Show came to be.
