this is a very curious thing, i am surprised no one has commented on. :: that people are stitting with their legs stretched out, feet pointed in the driection of the Guru. And the feet are tense, also, as if they are more aware than the consciousnesses associated with them. I have always known this to be disrespectful, and it wounds me to see it. I have to find anither version of the bhajan to watch. At the same time, ithat Mooji forbears it shows his true greatness and humility, ...
I am reading a Chakra Mantra book. These chants are chants to align one in their chakras and cradle the emotional self with love, respect, acceptance and belonging among other nurturing terms. There are so many. For example: Om ashram Shrim Shraum Sau Chandera Namaha is a mantra you'd sing or say to increase mental health and peace of mind. ( pg135 Chakra Mantras Thomas Ashley-Farrand).
Your guru is your inner self. It is the ___________ .......... there are no words to describe it. It is inside of you. The kingdom of heaven is within. It is our home. Go home. How tough is that ? Oh. You can't ? Why not ? Oh you want something else first. The house, the job, the mate.........attachments. This is the problem..........
Hi there! the chords are F Major, G Major, A Minor then back to F Major for the intro then A minor to D(indistinct could be major or minor as omkara plays it - F Major- G Major. Hope this helps. Namaste!
Mike Rogers The rest of the harmonic progression suggests the key of A minor in which the IV degree, D, turns out to be minor. So while you could play the D chord without the third, the "feeling" of the song would change dramatically if you add the major third which would be an F sharp. So I'd suggest that you either play a D minor or omit the third. Namaste =)
Ganesh or Ganesha is the remover of obstacles, Ganapati is another of his names. I find all these chants quiet the mind and open the heart, whatever their meaning.
Hi, can someone give me an idea, to what I need to be connecting to whilst listening to this mantra. I have a little bit of an idea, but I'd like to know what you know...
