That's the Grand Mosque in the holy city of Islam (Makkah) at the center of the holy mosque is the Kaa'ba which is the sacred building or the house of god according to the quran. The crane just collapse due to high and torrential winds that blew it, causing it to smash on the upper masaa' floor, which killed more than 100 people.
