I live in buncrana and saw that whole thing it was outstanding to watch but really sad because all there is left to see is a pile of rubble I am sad because every time you walked past it you would amagine you where walking in to it,but now there is a empty spot :( :(:(:(:(:(:(
Does anyone remember the first time that the Swilly Hotel burnt down back in 1975 or so? That was a night to remember! I was one of the last two people to have a drink there before the place went up. The other one was a man called Neil Farren who had the chemist's shop in Buncrana.
