Well,my life feels rather pointless. I have no real purpose and just drift in comfortable but unsatisfying low level hedonism. But there isn't anything else left for me to to do that Ihavent done or desire to do or which is remotely realistic. I peaked a long time ago and now it's all really dull.
First of all thank you for taking the time to watch my video. I really appreciate that. Well as my video stats I am no theologian. I’m merely sharing my opinion. I have felt the same way you do many times. Every time I feel that way I have to do a systems check of my life. I am a very selfish person at times and living for me never satisfied. Life apart from God is meaningless. I believe you have a purpose. We all do. You just need to discover it. It doesn’t have to be a “huge” purpose. I ask my kids before they go to school who’s life can they impact for good just by showing up and being kind and being a good listener. My life sucked about 10 years ago and it’s not perfect now. But I now have hope and I have rediscovered my purpose. I hope this helps.
@@someonesomeone25 perhaps you need healing of heart. Jesus came to bind up the wounds and set the captive free. Give your actual heart and put it into Jesus' hands in your minds eye to heal or go to a church brother to pray healing to your heart. Jesus said to renew and guard our mind but the heart gets forgotten and by passed as requiring deliverance and healing. Jay Bartlett from America has a ministry to deliver and heal the heart through Jesus, he moves around so if he is ever nearby your area I recommend going. I am in Australia and Jay has been and coming back this May 2023. The love peace and joy of the Lord be upon you to heal the hurts and trauma in your heart that you maybe whole and no longer fractured, in Jesus name, amen.
@@someonesomeone25 sometimes we are given a false Jesus by the world. I was brought up Catholic but it wasn't until I was so angry and frustrated with life and those two spirits were inside of me 24/7 and I couldn't escape myself and wasn't one to take alcohol, drugs etc until one day at a New Years day party some of us were still hanging around in the evening when the subject turned to God, something in me was like "I walked away from God the past 10 years I am going to search for God and I don't want religion", well it was 14 months of solid searching, confusing at times but I always trusted God to get me to the truth and then one evening in my room I said "I know who you are, you were in Jesus, you revealed yourself and he died for me", next thing God entered the room, could not see him, the love, humility and gentleness of Him was fathomless and penetrated my whole being, it felt like honey or oil running through me, I sobbed and kept saying thank you and then I said why is your heart so far away from our heart, what I thought was good doesn't even compare? He walked with me for 6 days, I didn't need to eat only the 6th day I ate out of respect to my mother in law who had cooked Christmas lunch, on the 7th day He was gone and I thought I had sinned but my parents turned up and gave me a Christmas present from my Aunty (we don't buy each other christmas gifts and never have since so this was strange) I opened it and it was a book called Good Morning Holy Spirit and the first page I turned to said "I have not abandoned you but am giving you the gift of the Holy Spirit who will comfort, teach and lead you into all truth"... the past 34 years have been so amazing, I can never go back to life rejecting him, all I want is for others to have the same relationship too. I remember once saying to Him "I want what Adam and Eve had, they ate with you, talked with you, walked with you, I want that" and he called me by name and said "I have waited 27 years for you to desire that one thing", that was my age at the time of me searching. My brother I would tell for over 20 years he thought that's nice for you but wasn't interested, he was good guy by world standards, but 10 years ago he had the same encounter and he is the same just wants others to know God as Father/Dad/Pappa. I hope you too will encounter the new life, you will know when it happens there is no denying it and others who know you will see it in you, all the best to you.
