Hey, Jimmy, @4:00 that isn't a giant crawfish but actually a type of slipper lobster (they're a quite a few different kinds in the Scyllaridae family). It's kinda weird looking and does look more like a crawfish than lobster, but is still a lobster none-the-less it's actually still pretty good, but unlike a regular lobster all the meat is in the tail, there's no claws or anything. Still very tasty, and worth trying out! I've heard a lot of people like that fact that it's easier and less work to get at the meat. (Unlike the "Spiny or "Rock Lobsters" that are basically Giant Crayfish, they try to sell people as lobsters. I mean don't get me wrong, they're still good eating, but the meat imo is different enough compared to a "real" lobster. But most importantly, they aren't as expensive as actual lobsters but restaurants take advantage of the fact that most customers won't know this and charge the same amount.)
