You make this look easy which is very good, makes us willing to give it a go haha. By the way which tape do you use, it's massive, I can't find anything like this?
My first system was Ares a few years ago and I hated dealing with lace hairlines so much... went to poly and never looked back. I want to try a slickback now like you, so maybe I should try to put up with lace hairlines again... Or maybe try a .03mm UTS.... do you think the .03mm eros would still be outclassed by a lace hairline like the nicholas?
Hmmm I’m not sure, I have never worn a very thin skin. However I am planning on trying it. I understand lace is more work however after time I got used to it.
@@mikeyjames1 Thanks for the reply. I have been comparing Lavivid systems and they have a similar poly side with lace front called the Simois. It has a lace center instead of mono center. Do you really prefer this system over the Simois? I'd figure lace center is more preferrable to mono center.
Looks bang on mate I’m a new system wearer 1 month in I just have a standard monofilament I do want to get another unit for rotation was looking at the Nicholas and Tyler systems
@@mikeyjames1 yes m8 will be done by a technician as I’m completely new to it I’m looking at doing my own maintenance around the end of the year will just go back to the technician for my maintenance for now but I’ve been watching hundreds of videos on how to do maintenance and install your own systems so hopefully by end of the year I haven’t installed my unit back to front 😂
It's TOO dense up top, I would have a professional stylist reduce some density from the top for a more natural look....right now it's looking kinda like a troll doll!😂
Hey mikey i just ran across your channel i had to follow immediately lol what hair system are you wearing here i would love to purchase the same exact one just on natural black...
I wore one for 20 years, always provided by Apollo Hair Systems. The hairline was always the hardest to make look natural to my satisfaction. I'm 70 now and rocking the bald head.
Hi Mikey. Would you say a lace base is better for a brush back hairstyle?. I currently have a 0.08mm poly. Im just about to order a new system and im stuck on what to get. The women who fitted mine made a mess of it. My patch isnt the same dimensions throughout which is going to make it harder to order a factory cut system. Any help or ideas I'd appreciate
