fun fact, the Dummy sound is actually Microsoft Sam. Oddly in Beautiful Katamari they still have 2 duplicates of that dummy sound leftover from the game.

just imagine how horrible the devlopment was: yuji the head leaving. sonic team spliting to work on two games. PRESSURE LACK OF TIME NEW CONSOLES LIKE PS3 AND XBOX360 WERE HARD TO STUDY ALL OF THIS RESULTED IN SONIC FRANCHISE BEING DEAD.

I always thought that frontiers 2021 trailer is literally just this 0:18 . The only difference is that this trailer is better and more impressive for it's time

This very video is what sold the game for me. I hadn't been hyping the game until about July-August 2004 until I saw this on GameSpot, then I spent a month waiting in anticipation. I actually saw a preview in 2002 but never read it, so didn't have to spend years hyping it thank god.
