I only had the signature series, does this feel much different? N does it have a crash or side effect because the signature series’s did not and it was perfect so I’m just trying to see if I should try it out I usually take it in the morning
Be wary about purchasing anything from this company. I ordered a set and never received it. Contacted Hi@torroband, their only contact, no reply. It's a ripoff.
I have ordered bands from torroband on 21 October 2023 and today 4 April 2024 I have NOT received them!!! I mailed them several times ! Initially they replied that they will inform the next "business day" but never received any information about the status of my order . Recently they do not reply to my emails! I have the feeling that I lost my money...
I recently got one of these and yes, it works, needs a bit longer line than it gives you, but you can see the line and putt down the line. But what bothers me, and it's mostly my fault, I guess, but when I look down, the fact that the line is straight forward and back, but over the top of the ball it's crooked, really distracted me. I know some say you're not suppose to look at the ball, but the target (hole) but I can't completely look away from ball yet, seeing that crooked line over the ball, was unsettling to me
What?? A 30 year fixed rate mortgage means that the lender can't raise your interest rate on you, so you know how much you're going to pay every single month for the next 30 years and there are no surprises. The borrower can still go out and refinance their mortgage in order to get a lower rate later on, so you're not locked into it if you buy a house during a period of high interest. I'm not seeing whatever downside you're trying to highlight here.
@@GR8APE69 I think you’re confusing term and amortization here my guy. Strictly speaking as a Canadian; Ontarian to be exact. You cannot breaking a mortgage mid term just because you found a “better” rate. Most fixed terms have a clause in there stating should you break the term before it’s due you are required to pay the great of 3-6 interest or the IRD. The penalty applies regardless of reason. Not for sale of property, not for early payouts nor financial hardship. So unless you have a solid plan to guarantee your life will remain the exact same in the next 30 yrs. I’d say go for it. 🤙🏻
@@stephterra1 it used to be Max 5 yrs term and 25 yrs amortization. However with the recent housing affordability crisis most have raised to 7-10 yrs terms and 30-35 yrs for amortization; at a premium rate of course. Which is basically a prison sentence bc you will barely make a dent in the principal with the first decade lol.
