Hi, I'm Vincent and I'm on a journey to be my true self. Follow me as I lose weight, transition from female to male and share a bit about my spiritual journey.
Hi hi!! I've missed you..just got internet back and i was checking on you..hope all is well..i see this is about 7-8 months ago..that's about the time i lost contact with my RU-vid family..i posted a new video yesterday..first since last July..you're in my thoughts!
Great video my new friend and awesome channel great job stop and watch some of my videos I work real hard I think you will like them and maybe you will smash my button and we can hang out
I'm surprised that your doc would push the Tylenol so strongly when it's so bad for your kidneys and liver, being those are the labs that are slightly high...hmmmm..i take it too, but try not to...try not to dwell bc u know what that does to anxiety..keep busy, drink plenty of fluids, watch your diet and I'm sure it will all be well..✌❤😊
They are cracking down hard on painkiller use here, which is part of the reason. My doctor, though concerned is almost positive that it's a combination of the infection and being a bit dehydrated. More tests will give us a better idea.
I know it’s a scary time with all the what if’s out there but THE best take away is your doctor. You are VERY lucky to have such a hands-on doctor who is on top of it all! And keep trusting your instincts. Localized, hot pain is a big concern after surgery. Acting quickly was the right thing to do. You’re on the right track-losing weight ( ! ), resting when told, taking your Tylenol as scheduled so you stay ahead of the pain, staying hydrated, redoing your bloodwork-all positives steps! You’re in my prayers. Looking forward to an artsy video showing us your process, as well as your birth certificate video. You Got This👍🏼
Thank you JoAnn. I am very lucky to have this doctor. And I know I'm doing everything I need to. I keep telling myself that and just distracting myself to keep my anxiety from taking over. ❤
I'm kinda surprised that they even bothered to admit that they may have been at fault. I'll keep my fingers crossed for ya! Hope you feel better soon! ... preferably without the complications :)
Thanks so much for checking me out! I slip and let myself have bad things here and there. I still eat far better than I did in the past but I can definitely do better 🙂
I cannot get my CARBS down low enough to be "on KETO"; but I try to keep them @100 grams per day (100 x 4 = 400 calories). Fish and eggs are the majority of my animal protein sources. Most of my protein is vegetarian based. Beans, lentils, grains, vegetables. Losing weight is a lifetime war... Cheers, it only gets more difficult as you get older.
Just finished listening to the a.m devotional and saw you popped on & said you had a hysterectomy, so when I saw your pop up notification, I had to watch & show some love. Glad all is well (just some soreness) after the surgery. I heard the difference in your replay. Stay happy 😃
I wish I was 209#s .... gaining inches in wrong places. Have you tried exercising with small dumbells [3-5 pounders]?.... waiting so long for HRT is a bummer. I had to wait 13 months for a doctor's Rx.
You know I will. The nerves and dysphoria are the highest they've been in a long time. But I did discover that both are totally normal at this stage so that helps me feel a bit better.
I was so glad to see an update from you but then I saw your glowing, albeit a bit nervous face and I was thrilled! Fantastic news, Vincent! So happy everything has finally aligned for you. I have no personal experience to offer recommendations but I do know of 2 RU-vidrs I followed for quite a bit ; one in particular had a lot to do with creating a binder & even held give aways & offered sessions on all kinds topics, including RU-vid parameters for LGBTQ+ topics. His name is Chase Ross & his channel is uppercaseCHASE1. I haven’t watched in awhile but I remember being impressed by his compassion. Looking forward to seeing your updates & seeing bigger smiles!
I am so glad for you . As I tell everybody You do you No matter what you Do you Stay safe Stay strong Stay healthy And as you know I always say Ho Ho Ho Go KETO 👍✌❤💪✝🎅🤙🚍🚌
I've missed your videos so much. I'm SO happy for you, and it's amazing to see you this happy. Everything will turn out great, no doubt. 😃 And I'm looking forward to your future videos.
I gained a lot of weight over the last 2 years. But since January 1st I am changing my food choices. I gained about 1 pound a week, so I will lose weight at the same rate. We need to be patient. There will be plateaus along the way down.
That sounds like a great exercise plan. I also think that the best way to lose weight is to give yourself time, because when people lose weight fast, they tend to slip off the track more easily. Good luck with your new goals! 😃
Sounds like a good exercise plan...awesome weight loss..I feel the slower you lose, the better it will be for you...best of luck to you...you got this...take care and have a wonderful week
I feel the same way. Some rapid weight loss at first is normal for sure but in the long run slow weight loss is definitely healthier for you. Have a great week! ❤
