All the other great composers were touched with genius, but Mozart was saturated with it. The sheer number of masterpieces he wrote in all the available genres (and a few extra ones of his own devising), and in such a short lifetime, was extraordinary. Listen carefully to his skill at orchestration, or his skill at dreaming up a great vocal line, or even his ability for formulate complex contrapuntal material - they're all of amazingly high quality. He'll forever remain, for me, musical perfection personified.
Beautiful dress. Unfortunately this rendition is too much 'vibrato' for such a pure piece, as well as very forced German - sounds completely unnatural. This lady's voice is better suited for opera of some description.
