The nurses in the hospital would not let me up off my back. I probably would not have had to have a c-section if they would have let me move around a bit.
It also causes hemorrhoids. That's what happened to me at 17 not knowing about anything and listening to the nurses tell me to push as hard as I could in my bum. Horrible advice
