Tbh, I disagree with a lot of this. I have seen many people complain about her personality and I want to respond to this because I do think she gets a lot of flack, especially when we haven't had much time yet to learn more about her Kiriko's response to Pharah for example, about her never losing. I feel like almost every hero in Overwatch would have said something similar. In real life when you challenge someone for a game, most people act confident like they aren't gonna lose. I don't think that's a Mary Sue kind of thing. Rein would have said that he wasn't gonna lose. Same for Dva, or Pharah, probably even Tracer or Lucio, who are like one of the nicest ones out there. Dva saying "Can't they get anything done without us?" doesn't get any flack. But Kiri responding to her does. There are multiple Overwatch heroes who have plenty of snarky comments/responses but I have never seen anyone complain about that. Her interaction with Zarya makes sense to me too. Zarya says Kiri does too much cardio and not enough weight training. Zarya is a weightlifter, and they are usually known for not doing much cardio. So Kiri compromises by saying she will do more weight training if Zarya will do more cardio by go jogging with her. Your commentary makes it sound like they are supposed to be one dimensional. Moira makes a bitchy remark because she is a bitch. Kiri is supposed to be nice all the time because she was nice in her cinematic. But in her cinematic she was talking to people she was familiar with and cared for. Her mother, her elderly neighbor and his deaf daughter who both seem very nice but are vulnerable. So her talking to them differently then someone like Moira, an extremely morally ambigious sciencetist who experiments on people and animals and often makes asshole remarks is not weird imo. I've seen so many people say she is snarky to everyone, but look at how everyone so far has interacted with her. Soldier tells her this isn't a daycare, Hog grunts when she compliments his mask, Moira acts hostile when she asks for a band-aid, Ashe tells her she hunts foxes, Reaper tells her death is gonna catch up with her, Sombra blackmails her etc. Ofcourse she is gonna respond snarky back. With the others, she compliments Lucio's music, she respects Ana and takes her comment as a compliment. She is teasing Genji playfully since they are childhood friend etc When I watched her cinematic I didn't get the disney princess vibe at all. If anything, I would give that label to someone like Tracer or Mei who seem extremely nice to almost everyone and are very idealistic. To me she seems like someone that wants to protect the weak and bullied. She is gentle with people she cares about, but seems to have her walls up for the people she doesn't know well. She gets defensive when people act snarky or hostile with her. She cares about making her own path and doing what she thinks is right, even if it goes against the law. She doesn't have the years of interactions that other heroes have, so ofcourse we know less yet about her personality and interests. Same goes for Sojourn and Ili. And even then after many years I wouldn't say that heroes like Echo or Soldier or Zarya have that much more personality going on
I've always wanted to know how to play Tracer correctly. This videos helps a lot, instead of sleeping I need to stay woke and keep shooting. Even at 75 hp I can still shoot if I have recall
Damn. Good match! I wonder if next gauntlet a gentlemens agreement might be needed about the use of sombra. So many of these games ended up with an enemy sombra somewhere in the backline abusing the handicaps
Every tier list you do you always shit on junk and hog, you forget they live in an apocalyptic wasteland. And have done for their whole lives pretty much, if you think they couldn’t handle a zombie outbreak that’s stupid. You assume that they are stupid but forget that junkrat made all his gadgets with scrap and hog has military smarts being part of a rebellious group that fought the bots and caused the wasteland. As well as also being resourceful choosing to live outside of junked town out in the wasteland and not to mention, is fucking huge and strong. They also have a mode of transportation as hog rides a motorcycle. They are 100% surviving
As someone who’s new to overwatch - only 200 hours - and most of my hours being on tracer this is actually so helpful to help me improve, thank you to both svb and awkward seriously
with the heal buffs to characters tracer is honestly fucking trash getting picks takes to long and no aim mcree always fucks you ....most handicapped hit scan right now by far literally miss and hit all the time
@@Jim674the18 This could be a horrible idea, however I think it would be really interesting to have everyone on the same timer to start but that timer pauses for that individual when waiting to respawn.
