I used to live here from 1981 to 1992 when my nana sold this house and my daddy sold the auto body shop they were the original owners of the house mr and mrs Velazquez I wish you showed the 3 rd floor. And the basement I’m so curious about what it looks like. I sometimes have dreams in this house as I grew up there moved out when I was 12 and we moved to florida. And the bought a new house and land but they have passed on. But thank you it brought back so many memories. Fun fact the house used to be green and red.
put the cap on the CBE ! use new land from cap project to build affordable housing. put a cap on RR park ave north , line - bronx, 132 st -190 st. use land for affordable housing. build on the long island sound " A florida keys style overseas highway " . this will relieve the CBE
@@drewcarter4918 when I lived in Rockaway Beach the cops there told me only Jamaica had a higher crime rate than Far Rockaway Apparently Astoria leads the league now although Far Rockaway violent crime is 109% higher than the national average per 1,000 residents.
Really nice. You see Seagirt Blvd looking East, with Silverpoint looking South. I was born near that house in the low sequence, in 1942. Have not seen these places since 64. Well done
There are 3 more bedrooms with an office and full bathroom on second floor. Lights under kitchen cabinets. Lights in living room built-ins. Lights in closets. Lights in under house storage. A full, unfinished basement with HUGE windows could expand living space. This house has so much potential to be a great investment in this prime area. Not much needs to be done to make this either a legal two family or a $Million Dollar+ home with an awesome piece of property that has access to street behind the house. This house is definitely bigger than 1,300 square feet and could be made even larger. This house has nice size rooms and lots of storage. Great price!
