I dont recommend upgrading this rc. If you start to replace one plastic part, you will need to replace all plastic parts. With metal rods, you will need a stronger servo. After all the headache and broken parts and all the replacements, you would have been better off starting out with an inexpensive hobby grade model and upgrading from there.
Yeah I think that new bright needs to work on ther quality control i geared on that one. I am big fan of the older new bright because they made a lot of cool stuff like trains caution vehicles and fire truck but 😪though they don't make them like they uses to be.
So, I just created a video about the New Bright Remote Control Ford Bronco. One of the first things I noticed when testing it was the wobble with the wheels. It does feel like there could have been improvements that would make the Bronco last longer. A perfect example is the battery. It's not meant to be replaceable, which basically means the toy is not really built to last. Batteries degrade, so what am I supposed to do with the Bronco when the battery dies? Yet, it was $35. I've driven it over pavement, gravel, rocks, grass, and dirt. It's been amazing… so much fun! I was concerned that one of the plastic pieces would just snap, but it survived a lot of bouncing around the yard.
Buddy, I just bought a New Bright R/C Cadillac Forza Motorsport car and it doesn’t have loose front wheels. Not to be rude, but you’re checking the trucks with suspension. The actual New Bright cars don’t have loose wheels cause they are low to the ground.
I buy new bright Rc cars because I don’t need to keep looking for chargers and there kinda cool that’s just my opinion But my dream Rc car is a Traxxas Stampede 4WD So I can make the Rc car from ghostbusters
I've just picked up one of these but I'm trying to shoe horn a McFarlane Batman figure into it, you won't believe how much I've chopped out, but it still won't fit😂
Yes, Thank you. As you can see by the video, it started out as a Soldier Force toy, but through effort and skill, I remade it into a GI Joe toy that blends seamlessly into my collection. Don't stop being you!
I like using them for stop motion not for long term fun some short term around the house stuff but i depend mostly on my rc jeeps to get me through very nice quality for the money
Nice review. Its a rebranded hunia 1592. Price wise this is better. I found with 1592 that plastic gears dont lsst. Best use was for you tube videos clips. I d recommend the 1593 hunia for some fun dirt time
Thanks for the view and the input. My kids really "dig" this. I am worried about the plastic gears too, but as long as my kids get a few seasons out of it, I'm good with it.
You did a nice job detailing the truck. Locking the diffs really worked out well. Have you upgraded any of the electronics? Mainly the ESC or receiver. Just wondering how hard it would be to put in a receiver of your choice to get more channels for lights and such.
Thank you for the kind words and the view. No, I have not updated any of the electronics. If I could, I would like to put a stronger motor in it. I did have to re-do the diffs - the ear plugs I used degraded after about a year. So, I just hot glued them. With the plastic gears in this truck, it hasn't been a problem.
Thanks for the view. I got it from a store on Ebay: www.ebay.com/itm/252495264790?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=nBQ99HP0SAi&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
First, thanks for the view. Next, let's see if this helps: Tower Hobbies is a US seller of 1:14 scale semi trucks. You can also search Ebay as well. Other brand names in rc semi's would be Tamya and Hercules. They come from over seas. I hope this helped. Have a wonderful day.
