I was initially gonna get it, but decided against it not because it was a Pokémon GO tie-in, but because the Sevii Islands weren't there. But now that I've seen this, I see I dodged a bullet.
When BDSP came out, I haven't played a Pokémon game since platinum. So, to me it simply felt like an upgrade. I haven't seen what new features the newer generations offered to feel disappointed about it and thus I was simply happy it got a remake.
I disagree but you're completely right! Edit: erica will actually accept all pokemon and think the pokemon is cute because i showed a melmetal and charizard on my other Playtrough
I had Pokémon omega ruby for 3Ds but my dumbass gave it away with all my games and console to a friend cuz i stopped using it biggest regret ever I had a bunch of legendary Pokémon and shiny from trading online 🤦🏻♂️
I'm just waiting for sv to be over! I love the fact that it was an open world game but they completely destroyed the battle and moves animation! We love Pokémon for battling, right? In this game that wasn't even the case. For me SwSh were even better!!
Just started SW after finishing Violet and I prefer SW so far in most ways. The graphics and sound effects are better, I prefer the linear routes more than the open world, I prefer the setting (I live in the UK so I’m bias with that one) as well. Honestly, open worlds aren’t all that anymore. If anything it hinders the game a bit. It’s TOO open.
People find this bad, because they played the original version. Most did not play the orginial gold and silver, because the most People who plays pokemon nowadays is too young for the original red/blue/gold/silver. BDSP is not the best game, but still a good remake.
Pokemon Let's Go was literally just a cheap, barebones cash-grab to attract Pokemon Go players and to see what's the bare minimum they could charge full price with, on a Switch console. The game sucks as a remake and is really nothing more than a Remaster to entice Go players, and people bought it by the millions. I don't like the concept of the game at all, ir the fact you can't even play as Red in it, but it sold lots of copies, even mainline players bought it, and they put absolutely zero effort into the game beyond the art style. So I wouldn't call it a failure of a remake, but I do agree it's not a good one (and yet ironically, is still probably the best Pokemon Switch title; maybe tied with the over-hyped Legends Arceus.)
Trying to objectify a review is pointless and anti-art, just say what you you liked and didnt and why you think that way instead of trying to be "correct"
I won't mind a 2nd gen remake like let's go Pikachu. But drop the go tactic of having to catch every pokemon for exp. But I wish a second Gen remake comes out soon.
The reason we get these LAZY games is because people still buy them unfortunately. Pokemon is worth billions and yet they still put out half backed games cause people still take it up the butt and accept what they put out
11:04 exactly the reason why i don't regret buying Let's Go. The biggest flaw of the game for me was that it was too easy as I literally soloed the game with my Eevee. However, the visuals, the art style, the way we could interact with our pokemon and how we could even ride them was worth it. I see Let's Go as an incredibly cute remake for noobs cheers
Scarlet and violet went way too far with the artstyle Like giving several pokemon visible hair does not make them look better it just makes them look dirty
Visually, I believe Let's Go is one of the most beautiful games I've ever seen, but gameplay wise, it really is sad. I totally agree it needed a difficulty setting, because then it could be a game for newcomers and older players at the same time, and the lack of content that was already in FireRed and LeafGreen seems ever worst. I really hope that they take this feedback from the community and make a better remake when it comes to redo the 2nd generation again. Johto is considered by many the best region and I really hope they do justice for it.
i havent played BDSP or LGPE cause when they came out i concidered both of em boring cause one was a remake with pokemon go mechanics ( which is in no way a bad thing) and the other was basically a reskin of my beloved gen 4 pokemon game (which again not a bad thing its a remaster for new audiance) 5 and 2 years later after their reasleses i concider playing both of them for the sole reason that pokemon is my comfort game now days and i dont strive to be a critic anymore. Yes they could have been better in many ways especially BDSPs content for LGPE it seems that the game itself was meant to be simplistic concidering that it doesent have EVs as part of the battle mechanic. i watched a ton of reviews for both games while trying to find out which one i want to play first. Opinions range for diffrent reasons all together. conclusion play what you think feels right for you i concider both of em to be fun and chilly games but there is no reason to argue which is worse or better just try to have fun if you dont like either just dont buy them. i leave this here for those who argue about which is worse "remake" cause i got bored watching them in the end its just a pokemon games in a limited console it cant be witcher or elden ring. (and remember some communities have it worse really *cough *couch digimon and im sadly part of thay community too)
This was amazing! I absolutely loved the video and enjoyed the editing. I liked how you made aomwthing of a story out of it all and blended the different trainers stories together.
How did you get mew and deoxys? I understand jirachi and celebi from the bonus discs and everything else but i understand how you would have gotten the mew or deoxys
