@SwolleRat same dude this was when i was making these montages too, the good ole days when I could just crouch walk around a whole team and get some picks without having to worry about getting in melee range
I use capcut, and when you have a clip on the timeline, you just click on it and top left is an effects panel, go to it and scroll down to where it says motion blur, and you can edit it to your choosing
