If the unit is stuck in the closed position, there is a line of screws along the spine of the unit that can be taken out and allow the pop up tube to slide open enough to remove the cup. Hope this helps!
This is more a question for your stonemason as we just sell and don’t do installs. Depending on the jurisdiction you are in, there’s a good chance retrofitting may no longer be feasible. May I ask which country you are in?
Hi!. This is an Australian drill not available in the US however you would easily find a comparable drill in the US. We don't have a recommended brand of holesaw. Sorry we couldn't help with this one.
