Why do you think no one in upper master/gm plays Taric? It just seems odd to me because on paper he seems pretty good in the jungle. Do all your peers just feel like youre holding yourself back/feel like youd do even better with a different jungler? I am confused why i only see you in high elo but even a character like ivern still sees play from time to time from people other than Jamican Banana
@@lightrocket2 I'd be curious to know what exactly it is you feel you're better at than other Taric players sometime. From what I could tell you don't feel like your character is weak, so it doesn't seem like a matter of "he's so good he can make a dogshit character work" like you'd hear with lower tiered characters in fighting games and such but rather some other intricacy. Perhaps you feel as if Taric requires a different set of fundamentals compared to other Junglers?
Hey Rocketman, could you give us runes/items you’d recommend for lower elo(bronze-gold). Phase rush doesn’t seem as valuable where we don’t have the game sense to use the burst of speed properly. Personally gold 4, looking to try out Taric jg
honestly glacial style. I can't recommend pta anymore. Another choice is aftershock, but simply, both require stun to land in order to proc which for new players can be horrible if you miss stun
the only thing I learnd death dance can be build on taric in this game taric jungle does not work low elo euw I play it for 2 year now at first I climb all the way to emerald but got hacked some dudu played placment lost 8 games then when got account back my elo is iron 2 couldn't climb to out of bronze 3 I get to bronze 3 then lost it all the way to iron 2 it's 6 months on the same rotine is there a solution to it only so you know I main top kayle before that for 4 years
I feel like calling this Lee an "ai jg" was more of a compliment than just calling him bad. AI is proven to make better decisions than a LOT of humans..

Do you queue jg/supp always? And second question, do you pretty much always run spellbook supp to have more application to game state or is it only with an mage bot laner (the other game I watched was with lux I believe)

Quick question, I main sup , taric, Leona and alistar.. do you think ice born gauntlet is good or is sunfire way better and I’m too focused on the slow and extra 5% cdr ?? For reference my build already gives me 103-108 cdr
@@lightrocket2 yes I am purely support so the internal dilemma I have is the extra 5% and me enjoying the slows on ice born however the build that I would enjoy that would give me more damage in team fights is going Sunfire and abyss mask so I’m confused on whether I should just be playing for the extra 5% CDR and slow or having 103 ability haste, and having more damage output in a fight since my cool downs will already be so low
Basically, the builds in question is 1. Ice gauntlet spirit visage, winter , frozen heart , abysmal mask / rookern and cdr boots , or 2 . Sunfire , abyssal mask, winter , frozen heart, spirit visage and cdr boots , cdr difference it’s only 5 percent and slows from ibg, bs the other build that gives more raw damage and still low cds
Taric's damage scales off armor and he's also a great user of Sheen proc. If you can afford it then Iceborne is a great buy. The competition is tough though, Frozen Heart is right there, and will take care of your mana problems while boosting damage still significantly enough. To be honest I'd never build Sunfire on Taric, there are way too many more viable items.

Yo Lightrocket, I have absolutely loved picking up Taric jungle again after a while away from league. What I love the most is the versatility in the builds and I feel like a play another game/ mindgame with him in the jungle! As a S1 veteran comeback for S14 I haven’t got the full understanding of all items yet. So I ask for aid from a master! Would you say DMP - Locket - redem is kinda some core good taric jng items? Or do you have a video or planning on making one just talking about itemisation? It would be amazing if u did for S14 😄 and generally small guides tips videos 😄 Anyway if u read this I really enjoy the content and streams when I get to catch them between being a dad
