This video and associated article has been largely shadow banned and toyed with in several ways since its publication.. Here is the description : J. Crow's Lugol's Iodine 5%: www.jcrowsllc.com/?aff=355 Folk Medicine by Dr. Jarvis: www.jcrowsllc.com/collections... Lugol's iodine undoubtedly has a variety of health benefits, but there are conflicting opinions as to how to actually use it for health maintenance and disease prevention. Dr. Jarvis' recommendations: If you are over 150 pounds, 25mg per week total. If you are under 150 pounds, 12.5 mg per week total. Take in a glass of water with two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar (honey can be added if desired) If you are going through a period of stress, take that weight-dependent dosage once per day until it passes. All my skin problems and coated tongue began after taking antibiotics I remember. People online agree with me that we have an unbalanced gut microbiome. Do you believe that is something that is caused by stress or can antibiotics nuking my gut be the cause?
@decentpropaganda31
@decentpropaganda31 17 дней назад
Antibiotics should only be used in extreme cases because they do kill good bacteria, but they do have a place.. I don't think all of the blame should be placed on antibiotic use, otherwise the majority of the population that's taken them would have skin problems, which isn't the case. There are many other factors that influence gut and skin health - diet of course, air quality, water quality, EMF radiation, sun exposure, stress levels, parasites, liver health, lymphatic drainage, dental health, underlying infections, heavy metal toxicity and hormonal health. I also think the impact of thoughts and emotions are hugely underestimated and are a big piece of the puzzle.

yeah. nowdays music is split into 2 main parts: one is commercial entertainment products, and another is art pieces. that being said, even though, as you mentioned, while most insanely talented and creative people at the edge of the normal distribution choose stability and money, there Are some modern artists that bridge the gap between classical and modern music, like ryuichi sakamoto (ex. his piano piece "andata" or electronic masterpiece "solari") or boards of Canada (ex. "Corsair"). it is really interesting to see however how music changed conceptually from having a purely metaphysical form in terms of notes on a music sheet (classical approach) to just purely sound (modern approach). I think this is the exact aspect of music that let's us split "classical" and "Non-classical", even if the non-classical in question is a piano piece of aphex twin or something, merely because its intended form has been completely executed with no room for interpretation performance-wise. However, this is good, considering the modern approach of creating music as sound let's it have a more precise emotional target, however again, that being said, this makes artists lazy, and they most of the times use this advantage as an excuse to simply do less, because now doing less gives good enough results. I do think that we will enter a new era of music, with new artists merging the advantages of both approaches and hence lifting the hypothetical ceiling above and beyond. I like to think of this time of pop music, edm, etc., as a middle of a phase shift, where it might not look like it but were only being introduced with the possibilities and are not yet ready for them (cause as you mentioned, 15 yearolds "back in the day" could create masterpieces with a pen, paper and a piano). Considering the possibilities now, we inevitably will at some point enter the New golden music era. at least that's what i like to think about it. very nice video though, i love when people who Can talk don't stay quiet and actually Talk, instead of letting someone not as competent take their hypothetical place in the medium of voices

What do you think about all on 4 implants? Like screw one?
@decentpropaganda31
@decentpropaganda31 3 месяца назад
All implants are screwed into the jaw. There are titanium implants, and Zirconia implants, which are non-metal. Implants are the best way to replace teeth when necessary, and are much better than leaving decaying teeth in the body that have undergone root-canal treatment... While more expensive, thee Zirconia screw is preferable to titanium since metal is a conductor. Having said that, titanium is extremely strong, and even a titanium implant would be preferable to leaving a root-canal treated tooth in your mouth.

Facial skin has a completely different makeup when compared to the scalp. Your scalp's protection/hydration mechanisms are still functioning correctly, but the facial skin's barrier has been damaged somehow, and your immune system is overreacting to the yeast once it penetrates the facial skin.

Raw honey face masks can also help, and some people swear by aged urine for skin health - Hydroxyethyl Urea is in some of the most expensive skincare products. Hello first of all thank you for sharing your journey on SD and what has worked for you i am currently going through the same thing I have redness on the same areas you have mentioned at the beginning of this video, they have been on my face for the past 8 months and its really getting to me. I have just recently as of 3 days ago started a new diet and not eating sugar/bread/wheat/gluten. I have not currently gone to a dermatologist but im almost 100% positive it is SD considering the symptoms and the dry redness in certain areas on my face. Couple questions do you still drink the chrysantheme tea and the gourd tea if so how often? Do you still use the butter oil and cod liver oil? And besides sugar what do you stay away from or keep to a minimum for example do you as of now eat gluten, fruits, vegetables, meats, breads (if so what kind of bread) dairy , etc. And Also what you think of intermittent fasting. Would you recommend any kind of facial cleanser/ moisturizer or stick to just water on the face? There are good hand-rolled cigarillos out there that last 5-10 minutes. To answer your question though, if you MUST inhale and do not want to smoke a pipe or cigar (or cigarillo) as tobacco was enjoyed for time immemorial - pipe and cigar tobacco shops generally sell decent rolling tobacco. As per the renowned mystic Edgar Cayce, don’t smoke more than 8 per day (he did die relatively young of a stroke though, but it is likely that he didn’t respect his own advised limit)

So what tobacco should you buy? is pure tobacco even sold anymore?
@decentpropaganda31
@decentpropaganda31 4 месяца назад
There are tons of cigars from central/south america that are made of 100% pure tobacco. As for pipe tobacco, Belgian Semois (Vincent Manil) has 0 additives and the guy who sells it actually grows and processes the tobacco himself, and sells internationally. Most pipe tobaccos are mostly pure though, with relatively harmless additives. For example, many pipe tobacco brands use things like things like rum, whisky, and sugar to flavor the tobaccos, along with food-grade humectants. Having said that, tobacco seeds are readily available online, and tobacco can be grown in just about any climate - the only criteria being at least 100 or so frost free nights per year.

@@stacyyates1567 Hello, I would start with replacing steroid creams with biom8 skin conditioning oil (it can also be applied around the eyes), which is going to be a much gentler topical solution than your steroid creams. It's composed of natural anti-fungal oils and vitamin e to soothe skin inflammation. In the meantime: -Improve diet as explained in the e-book (avoid sugar, vegetable oils, chocolate, eggs and dairy for now except for butter, etc.) -Stop washing face with soap or anything other than cold water. -Regularly drink chysanthemum tea and dry bitter gourd tea -Zinc picolinate and vitamin D3 are going to be the best "low hanging fruit" supplements. Black seed oil is worth testing and works well for some as mentioned. To answer your question regarding that, HBNO is a good brand, and you can find that on Amazon. -Coffee enemas are going to help with improving liver function so the skin doesn't take up its job. You can find a kit on Amazon starting at $10.. -If you have root canals, consider getting those removed. If you have any other questions - decentpropaganda@gmail.com

hello, my work is finding out the root cause for problems of my clients and im sorry but psychological turmoil im 100% sure is not the root cause. ive talked to thousands of patients and with each stress manifests in a different way. and everytime that way leads to the root cause. Stress is a sort of highlighter of symptoms of a problems that are already there for me. Its not a cause for anything and on that i would bet almost anything at this point. so it seems it makes sense, but only in a way that not walking would help you not feel a knee pain. But anyways im happy for you that you managed to find a way for you and wish you all the best. i dont mean this in a bad way :)
@decentpropaganda31
@decentpropaganda31 Год назад
SD, reveals an imbalance in the mind body, and spirt. Most people are focusing exclusively on the physical with supplements and elimination diets. I think all problems are spiritual before they become apparent in objective reality. ("the body always tells the truth") Physical health is a place to start and can be a catalyst for the other aspects of health to fall into place (it makes it easier to do anything when the physical body is healthier, and I think this is what you are witnessing), but it's not the be all end all. If the most essential lesson associated with SD (balance and being comfortable in one's skin), wasn't truly learned, a similar problem will come in a different form, and probably be worse.

Definitely stay away from hydrocortisone and instead use MCT-oil for moisturizer. It is all natural and very affordable. As a person who's a teen and doesn't have money for all this supplementation what would be your advice?
@decentpropaganda31
@decentpropaganda31 Год назад
This would be my advice : The things you avoid are more important than anything you may consume anyways, and the most impactful things are either free or very cheap. Most importantly, don't overindulge in anything. Temperance is key. Don't overeat. Don't indulge in emotions or overdo anything for that matter. Do your best to stay balanced and even-keeled in all areas, which is easier said than done, especially as a teen.. Avoid eating processed sugar and vegetable oils (sunflower, canola, soybean..). Avoid dairy products or only consume in very small amounts (butter is ok though) Don't eat white bread. If you can get ahold of it, have real sourdough bread. Don't drink anything apart from water or herbal tea (sage, chrysanthemum, dry bitter gourd are best) Don't smoke weed. Eat when you're hungry. Don't fast. Ideally, eat fruits and cooked vegetables that are in season, rice, potatoes, meat, eggs, fish. Get 8 hours of sleep per night and go to bed before midnight. Don't brush your teeth with toothpaste that has sodium fluoride. Get as much sun exposure daily as possible, but not too much (don't burn) Don't exercise in the classical sense of the term (bodybuilding, running etc.). It stresses out the nervous system and if SD is an issue, it's probably doing more harm than good. Walking is the best and most underrated form of exercise. Don't wash your face with anything. It messes up the pH of the skin. Simply splash cold water on your face. If it's on the scalp, use a light, natural shampoo without sodium laureth sulfate. If you can, order and lightly apply biom8 skin conditioning oil. It's helped a lot of people control symptoms. You can also try raw honey face masks, sea salt spray, apply apple cider vinegar.. these are all cheap. Coffee enemas can be very helpful as they heal the liver and get rid of parasites. If you have some money to spend on a supplement, get high-strength vitamin D3 (2,000-5,000 IU), and/or Zinc.
