I am 17 years old and I really want to join a football team, so I train myself to be ready. It's just that I see players from that team where I want to go, that some smoke, and I fixed on my head that all football smokes, but I hate smoking and I will never do that! And that thought torments me. For example, when I train, I can't finish a workout Because I think I'm training, nobody will admit me to any team, because all footballers smoke. Please help me! How can you
Yes, it's true. But they play much more games in a shorter period than footballers. Regardless, sleep is literally the cheat code behind high-level recovery.
@@FootyTutor yeah, but the reason they can play more games is precisely because the cardio demands are nowhere near the same. I was invited to my first NBA game in LA at the Crypto Arena (formerly the Staples Center) a couple of months ago... I was shocked at how little cardio they do. There's an interruption every minute or so (sometimes every 30 seconds). Each quarter is supposed to be 12 min, but including all the interruptions, they're more like 25+ min each (and what should be a 48 min game turns into a 2-2.5 hour game). More time is spent in a basketball game not playing than actual playing time. There's also time outs. AND you can sub the ENTIRE team out and put a fresh one in, which I saw a couple of times. And the subbed out players can get subbed back in later after they're rested. AND the entire basketball court fits INSIDE of the penalty area in a football pitch lol. I walked away from that basketball game astounded by how little cardio those players did the entire game. It was laughable, tbh
hi, i know you may have not been expecting this but Jesus loves you and he died for you so that you and I may have eternal life, the thing is that no matter how good we may think we are,we are all sinners that deserve an eternal punishment cause we sinned against an eternal God. But Jesus Christ came into this world as a man to take the punishment that you and I supposed to take. To receive God's gift of eternal life you have to believe in he who he says he is, not just a good man, a great teacher or a big prophet but the way the truth and the life and you must confess with your mouth that he is lord come to him the way you are and let him change you, I am not here to force any religion. If you would like to receive him you can pray this prayer ( remember it is not a prayer that saves you but your faith in Jesus) Jesus i accept you today as my lord and personal saviour i believe you died and rose again, i choose to forsake the world to follow you change my heart and make me who you want me to be in Jesus name i pray amen

video request- On defence and great defenders like Maldini, Puyol, Ramos, Vidic you can make a video about defence because in football along with attack we need to learn about defence too my video request 😅
You said it best man. Can't wait to see what the rest of his coaching career brings. I think he will be the catalyst that drives German football into a big resurgence.
When he was not playing much from the beginning people thought those he rise with them are better than him but not so, if Pep wants to play him more he would have played him because Foden had the talent to carry himself but everything comes down to developing how Pep let him take his time to develop and learn is the key factor, I pray injuries will not worried him much as you can't take that one out from a football player but Foden will have longevity in football than those he started with he will always be the best among them. 🤝🤞👑💙💙💙
Yeah, I can agree here. Pep has managed Foden really well, especially in a country where the media can be brutal and make it really tough for players who appear to be underperforming.
@@FootyTutor yeah but when Foden was still not getting much playing time he was not underperforming, I can recall many times Foden has come from bench and change a difficult game for city to score to let them win or to change the game for City, more especially in 21/22 season when City needs a striker it was Foden that was playing as a force 9 ahead of Jesus who was our striker and he did well in most of big games so when people were chosen some ahead of him I know one day he would come at the top ahead of them.
