I just got ripped off by mpb for my used camera which they claim was not in th box. I could not enter the information into their system to begin the investigation. They wanted a photo of my license, a 3d scan of my face, photos of bank statements for proof of address which the system rejected. After filing my own claim with fed ex I got shorted a 3rd of the trade in value. Now they are taking more of my time to get on here and maybe save someone from sending an 8000 dollar lens in and having similar issues. I DID buy a used camera and lens from them prior to this with no problems and a second lens a little later but as soon as I tried to sell back something thats when the trouble began
That is an amazing place Greg! Thank you for sharing your experience.....so many places to try and go to and so little time... Living life vicariously, Cheers! Love the images
Aren't you supposed to be able to step into a nice warm sauna after an ice plunge? I'm with Brendan. A nice cinematic drone video is definitely called for. Something to work on in your spare time, eh? 🤣 Carry on. 👍🥂
Awesome video and pictures. Thank you! Your videos and pictures will inspire me immensely this weekend. I'm leaving for Ilulissat tomorrow :-). Hope I find those Red Sails too.
Not sure how I end up to this video, probably thanks to cookies lol. Anyway, I will share my experience with this mafia. Those who sell items to them should inspect their heads. I used their services a few years ago when they were new to the UK and were practising 'loss leader pricing' to capture the market. They offered me such a good price for my camera and lens that I could hardly believe it was real. However, when I returned last month to sell my gear again, I expected a similar experience but was left shocked. Given the fantastic price they offered for my previous gear, I thought it would be worthwhile to check their offer for my mint boxed canon 100-400mm mark II L lens. To my surprise, they only offered £725, while similar lenses in mint condition are fetching between £1,100 and £1,200 elsewhere. MPB probably means this: Mafia, Predatory, Bargain hunters 🤣
What a great way to start the adventure in Greenland! The landscapes are just stunning! I am really excited to see this new venture with Brendan. The trips you got planned look so epic!
Thanks for this video ! I was wondering how we could cross to Nicragua from El Salvador by ferry. Beautiful scenery !! But,I think this is too rural, too remote for me to travel ! But,regardless, it's a very good video !! 👍💜🥁🐉🎤🎶💞
What is confusing everyone is that there are two different holders a FH100M2 and a FH100M2B. The FH100M2B is the one that is compatible with the Benro MACPL95 Polarizer and the FH100M2 is compatible with the Benro MACPL82 Polarizer
Greg, did you notice that the ice was melting in Greenland? Any thoughts about why that might be? You and bvs really are good guys but promoting long distance travel is something on its last legs.
Traveling with you, even vicariously, is always a joy! Looking forward to more and love the way you compact lots of info, along with a variety of filming and editing techniques into your videos.
TRVL wthut th vwls. lve t 🤣🤣🤣 Great video, dam some of that scenery looks amazing, those Husky's look tough as nails, the whale sighting was cool and the ocean plunge looked dam fricken cold 🥶and we can't leave without noticing Brendan's Penguin walk 🤣 👍👍
Laughing at Brendon;s penguin walk at the end. All joking aside, really excited to see you both forging this new partnership and think it will be a great success as I definitely think there will be a demand to explore new or lesser explored photography frontiers. I wish you both much success and look forward to seeing your adventures
@@gregorsnell, do you have any recommendations for the hotel in which to stay? Currently booked at Hotel Arctic but worried that it's too far from those trails you showed.
@@kitsva Hotel Arctic is a nice one. Location is not great for the hiking trails but the views to the water are amazing!! I think if I were to go back I would stay at the Hotel Hvide Falk. That's not where we stayed btw, I just think it looked like the best mix of stunning views and good location. Hope that helps and again, have an amazing trip! If you do a boat trip be sure to contact the guys at Unique Tours Ilulissat (green boat). They were awesome.
