Just wanna say ZZCool/Taltigolt if you're reading this, I wish you all the best dude. 🙂 (This is Frank.s from GTAForums from waaay back in the day, remember the old IVSA and Los Santos IV era? Those were the days, right?) Hope you're alright, the car design in the video above looks nice, the boxy style is something i've liked for years so your design looks nice to me, smooth bubbly cars are over-rated. :)
yeah i remember you i tend to erase that part of my life as it was too difficult to deal with it's ironic that everyone hated me for things i did that now hundreds of thousands of people do now it's the norm, but i was destroyed for just showcasing even if i credited where i could all because someone leaked that i bought a plasma tv literally plasma that's how old this is, i look at where my life ended up and think that all of those that hated and threatened (one said he wish he could have used a shiv on me) got exactly what they wanted, but i try my best to live as best i can now and i appreciate your kind words.
when an oled is having an static background is going to dim offcourse , its normal , go and play fc 24 on ps5 or pc , the green grass is static and eventualy will go dim within minutes, any oled will do that, this even happened to my g3 too wich also overheated even more than this, u can go to a store and get close to an g3 or g4 and they overheated even more, the problem would be if the tv gets dim when u are gaming , lets say u are playing cod or crysis or maybe forza horizon, no one is like doing this kind of test when gaming in real world , this is like buying a ferrari a complaning about literally EVERYTHING, i test this tv with resident evil 4 remake on ps5 and the tv produced a 3d like picture and it was way better than my previous g3
i agree and i disagree, the difference between my sony and this Samsung is quickly recovers, this Samsung you need to turn off and on and it does dim, but you're right i am getting used too it
for example now i am watching youtube videos and now the tv is stuck in a permanent dimmed state until i restart it it is a minor inconvenience but it is an inconvenience i haven't gamed on it yet and i fear that i will get the same experience there in that case i have to turn this off in the service menu
@@taltigolt yes my g3 used to dim on youtube too, why , cuz yt there was a static logos on the back ground besides the video runing at the same time , play the yt video on full screen and see what happens... NOTHING, cuz there will be a lot of changes on the images displayed on the video man, go play , when theres a video game u will only have ur stattic elements on screen , but even like that ur screen will not dim , because when u are playing a video game like horizon forbiden west or cod , most elements on screen will change an the pixels will refresh so DONT WORRY go play like u used to do , this tv excels my g3 and that sony from 2011 , no lcd have this dim ussie but no lcd cant match the picture of that tv
In GTA Online when you come to the ls car meet the and go to customize your car and then if you want to change your horn you can choose the GTA San Andreas music or liberty City Music and I chose the Liberty City Music
@@cybercop3108 I'm not saying it's a never before seen as it's lights what I am saying is he took that inspiration from me, besides Chinese phones with lights did not exist before 2020 as far as I know, the nokia 3310 had interchangeable backplates that's not new, but both me and him thinking the same thing for phones made this decade is new.
Hello my friend you dont recommend this tv? I have the sony oled a80k 65" but i wanted this Qled q80c 98" for the screen that is big, but i don't know if will worth the change
well, i am too used to Oled so you will feel the downgrade as soon as you get out of that bubble but for you, it's safer to just go to a store that sells it and see it in person, everyone has different tastes and I am unfortunately very sensitive to backlight panels, I got rid of this 98 inch tv and now I have a 77 oled which I feel was the better decision, but I also realized that Samsung puts a lot of gamma on their TVs so I noticed some of the overbrightness that I complained about on this 98 inch tv, when I turned the gamma down to actual 0 I got a result more fitting for my eyes, so i would need a second chance with this 98 inch in order to know if it still suffers from the same problems i experienced by turning down gamma, you will never get an experience better when oled when it comes to dark scenes so that's also something to consider. so personally i would have a look at the tv yourself first before you decide if it's worth it for you.
i want to make a correction game mode can get as bright as I want it just seems it's it's own picture setting mode so it kept resetting all colors and brightness now I have gamemode on and the brightness and colors are the way I want them however 144 hz just blacks my PC until it times it back to 120 it's unusable
thank you i always try to be honest but i am also extremely demanding when it comes to picture as it's always been an extremely important thing for me, for sound i can accept whatever sounds good i don't need to nitpick but for picture quality i will nitpick every single thing i can find and i have no issues paying for the absolute best.
Hi! I love your honest review of the S95D! I'm interested in how hot the S95D gets, what upscaling performance the S95D has on cable TV, and of course, black level, and contrast in ambient light.
thank you for the kind words Black level has not been an issue for me in my moderate lit apartment I could try opening the blinds to see how the black level is affected so I'll let you know I do not know if it's overheating but if you show really bright colors especially a big white window as windows often does it quickly loses half it's brightness or more it takes a while to come back unless you restart the TV this can either be overheating or it can be burn in protection either way it gets really dim. Sony does this too but after minutes of basically a completely static picture. the Samsung doesn't even need a fully static picture to dim and the Sony comes back as soon as you move anything such as a window, the Samsung reacted similar to a window moving but only once where the Sony reacts every time and quickly comes back so either overheating or extremely aggressive burn in protection agreessive enough for most pc use to trigger it my hope is that it's not as agreessive when gaming due to less static images but I've yet to try as the TV is on the floor unfortunately I can't try cable as I haven't used cable since 2009 but this TV is bad at processing even with movies on hbo max from 2019 everything looks very compressed with artifacts this may be because of the high settings I have it may be less noticeable on movie modes without enhancements turned on for processing you're not going to get a better experience than a Sony TV
@@taltigolt It seems to be frustrating how the S95D lowers the brightness. I'm interested in how aggressively the S95D reduces brightness in SDR 1080 or 576. I'm also interested in upscaling. I think you can test these things against your Sony with 480, 720 and 1080 RU-vid videos. There are many reviews of the S95D, but I find yours the most interesting and honest!
