Before i got sick , I played full with confidence,I can pass through easily on defenders can do step back 3's even someone's guarding me ,but after I got healed from my sickness I lost all my confidence,I can't even do a crossover anymore because I'm afraid that my defender might steal the ball or my teammates would be upset if I got turnovers ,please help me
I'm 182 cm and my standing vertical is 58 cm and running vertical is 62 cm. I will edit this comment to tell you my progress. Day 8: My legs dont hurt anymore after long basketball sessions (they used to shake after like an hour of playing)
this really opened my eyes to the fact that i was so worried about the big man scoring, i never thought about making it harder for them to get the ball in the first place
Yooooo you just lied to promote your program not 🚫 cool short answer strength shoes do work long answer is you need to practice and get strong over all but yes they absolutely work 💪🏾 👎🏾
as a old man now who grew up in Detroit idolizing George "The Iceman" Gervin to really do proper finger rolls you need big hands to grip the ball and do it from further out otherwise your just doing layups which is what im seeing here. Nice layups though.
