@@evanlam963 I know! The place holds a lot of memories. It’s has been just a big crater after the demolition and clean up. Just last week I finally see big machinery working on the site again.
I was at the very front where we were allowed to stand. Due to this been my first time being to a demolition site, I was clueless how much and fast the dust would travel! Learned my lesson and would be useful for the next time.
I have a different issue but I watched several videos by men making things too complicated for me (they have all the tools, lol) and your video actually helped me figure it out, thank you!
It’s not that they’re racist it’s the fact there’s probably 50 Asians in Fargo . People Like to assume that but people get treated better than most of the USA no matter who you are
Great question! It depends on quite a few things- down payment amount, mortgage rate, term of the loan… etc. Probably between $1,800 and $2,500 a month with today’s rates. Here’s a mortgage calculator you can try, or ask a lender if you’re looking to buy! www.calculator.net/mortgage-calculator.html
The first house is the Douglas floorplan. Nowadays that plan with the lot can be a bit more than $370K now in 2023. Options/upgrades can add anywhere between $20 to $200K, or even more. It really depends on your preferences and customizations, location, and the prices of the trades and building materials at the time. They are running a promo now to help you save up to $20,000! If you want to take advantage of that and to explore other options, let me know! 😊

I just ordered mine from UPS.they helped design them, and improved my design idea.i didn't think about if costco did it too.or might have went with costco.mine is like your design but larger photo.this looks great.because your white background is not bright.i'm thinking my red background might be really dark red
I need to order yet again. Might try your suggestion! The Costco one is economical. Also tried a local printer, quick, but not glossy so easily scoffed. Some colleagues order from Century 21’s affiliated printers and it’s a lot pricier but really nice. At the end it’s really you get what you paid for. Using business cards a lot less now, I just tell people I want to text it to them, so I get their phone numbers. :)
@@LIVINGINFARGO thank you i am preparing my immigration to new bruwnsvick so i am trying to explore thé places there on youtube before coming nchalah 🙏❤
It was a long time ago I made the card. I just remembered the proof that I saw was very close to what I actually received. Ok… now I looked up the order info from 2018, and compared the actual business card to the proof (PDF proof or “Approve your design”), yes they cropped the cards exactly where they said they’d crop! When you upload your design, you do need to have some extra safe space (“bleed”) around your image for them to crop down to the right size. If all goes well in their production, what they show you the card would look like, should be very close to the end result.
I liked it. The color was off though, kinda yellowish. Other than that I liked the quality. I compared mine with my coworkers' who paid full price ordering from Century 21. Their cards did feel better/more expensive to the touch. 😅
