Went by a dealership the other day. Stood there in horror. When the salesperson told me the reason the doors would not shut properly over the little rut it was straddling was because the frame is bolted together, not welded. All we have to do is move it onto the level parking lot and they will close just fine.I have not done any further research on the subject and I have no interest in wasting my time. Been riding every kind of dirt bike, ATV and side-by-side since 1969. NOT WELDED……We ride 70 MPH between pine trees on the east coast with huge sand ruts,roots and a lot of other hard-hitting hazards. NOT WELDED???
Hey i am very curious to know. The ninja 500 has a oil service light when oil is due to be changed. This is something that cant be turned off by the buyer and must be taken into dealer. Does the 400 standard have anything like this? Like lights or mechanical stuff that must be done at the dealer?
wish this bike was closer to me I would pay $1k for this bike all day, I already have one that has a lot of upgrades done to it, it's basically brand new except the motor. I would 100% jump on this offer just to have one that's close to oem as possible or as a backup.
