Jackery's are weak. Don't even have enough power to power an electric stove which is what you should be using instead of propane. Get an Ecoflow and you'll thank me later.
Your cinematography skills are off the charts. I’m really impressed. I’m getting ready to start living in my jeep so that’s why I started watching your channel and now I find myself subscribed and watching a lot of your videos. Keep up the good work!
A couple of years ago I lived in a 98 Astro van for a few months. I only stopped because the van completely died. During that time I had to call a locksmith three times because I locked my keys in the van
Congrats! It’s a great vehicle . For laundry, I’d say just find a nice laundromat in the area you’re near. I always read the reviews on google maps. And for showers I have a planet fitness membership for about $20/month which is good nationwide. I also look up state parks with showers, aquatic centers or truck stops if there aren’t any planet fitness’ around. ioverlander is my app of choice to find what’s around :)
love your videos, good luck out there...Side Note: too much kilmat...honestly could of saved money and weight know that outside of wheel wells, only need to cover 25% of the van...
EXCELLENT video dude. I don't know why this doesn't pop up when I search for LiB videos. Really the best one I've seen. I'm driving back from a spontaneous solo Coachella and preparing for my first LiB. Thanks for the awesome insight.
When it’s hot you should put your hair up in a man bun. Also you should carry a bandanna. You get the bandanna wet with cold water, fold it up so you can tie it around your neck and the coolness will help you cool down since the bandanna is near your carotid arteries
My father taught me to make pancakes. His favorite breakfast for Sunday mornings. When you make your pancakes and you flip them over for the first time do not take your spatula and smash them down. You want to keep them light and fluffy. When you smash them, the middle gets a weird texture. Don’t smash them down, give it a try. PS just another little tip. You will know when it’s time to flip them for the first time is when you stop seeing the bubbles 🥞
I remember those fires. It was a really bad time. Right in the thick of the pandemic and then it seemed like our entire planet was on fire. We do need to take care of our planet and each other.
You mentioned that you were still paying off school loans. Where did you go to school and what was your major? Did you graduate with a degree or certificate?
Oooo nobody’s asked me this on here so thank you :) I went to Wayne state college in Nebraska and graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications. Studied broadcast/media but was already freelancing offering professional video services :)
This gray van that you’re in, inbetween your first and the Jeep, who does this belong to? Did you buy it? Did you rent it? Did you borrow it from a family member?
I remember early on when the pandemic had everything shut down and the store shelves in the markets were really pilfered over. I thought I’d go in and check out the pasta aisle and there was absolutely zero packages of pasta, in all forms. The only thing that was left on the shelf were the vegetable pastas. Like garbanzo bean, or just other stuff that was made from other proteins sources. Nothing that was original like wheat. So when push comes to shove and you’re craving pasta you grab what’s available. I absolutely love vegetable pasta. I buy it all the time now regularly. Just goes to show that there is always a silver lining to every dark cloud.
You mentioned but I forgot, what is the make and model and year of this particular van. I would like to have a van but I really don’t have any need for one of those real big Mercedes style. I am 5 foot three and this van that you’re showing in this video would be perfect for me
I’m planning a long distance driving trip really soon to visit family. I will be taking my dog along with me. I plan on stopping at least every three hours to give ourselves a break.
I think this might’ve been the very first video of yours I watched. I was searching for ideas on how to make my own window covers. I watched a lot of other videos done by other people and I also came across yours, that’s when I got hooked on your channel
