Thank you Jace!!! All because of the supply chain disruption due to the vid shutdown / slowdown and the inability to source cheese in Mississippi and we got No Cheese Records as a result when Little Caesars delivered a pizza with only sauce and pepperoni to our friend/mentor Savvy - little did we realize at the time that this was the precursor to something larger going on. - John
thank you so much - I think I did that in this video here ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-IoemFBjpE_E.html after my neighbor Joe showed me the inner workings of a carb. - John
UGH! This pressure washer finally kicked it - water is gushing out from underneath - I'll inspect it but I suspect the pump area is done. I bought a cheapo electric pressure washer and I was pleasantly surprised with its performance. It just can't power my surface cleaner. So I'll have to use my other Troy Bilt gas powered pressure washer. - John
Since I was 3-4 years old, I have been so fascinated with channel markers, seeing them on the Cheboygan River in Michigan and counting the numbers. Since then, I have given myself a quest to find the highest number there is; I’m pretty sure this stretch of ICW has it, with 479. Nothing else I’ve seen comes close. Finally seeing actual videos with 4XX numbers makes my childhood self so very happy. I am 25 now.
Thank you for sharing this. It's been a fun journey with friends new and old in The Wildwoods. It's a fantastic area with lots to do. We love spending every summer there whether it's on the water or inland. I spoke with our friend Tamara Robertson instagram.com/reel/C-vNB9ogXYp/ who was just on a ICW research expedition from RI all the way down to FL (into the gulf). I asked if she went past The Wharf cause it is a block from our place and she said yes and their will be a next time. So hoping to catch up with her in her next trip. - John
The best part is the skirt around the base. When I use my pressure washer wand to clean concrete, I get soaked! You are walking right next to this thing and your sneakers are dry!
Yes, this works so well but like I told you it was with my gas powered pressure washer. It wasn't working so good with my electric pressure washer. Great seeing you at 3D Printopia John. Thanks for taking the time to watch. - John
Even decorative shutters should look as if they could be functional. Therefor each should be half the width of their window. Each of these are nearly as wide as the window so they look ridiculous.
Hello there ... At 6:28 I show how I'm cutting away the liner material to fit around the magnetic latches. As far as cutting the liner for the width of the inside, I recommend using one of the removeable shelves as a template. Hope this helps - John
HA! Good point - it worked by removing the gunk. I have since moved onto a larger JOBY that I use for either a small portable LED light or a GoPro. I'm also using smallrig articulating arms and superclamps. Thanks - John
Hey there - WD-40 works but for deposits that are really solidified you'll need carb cleaner and maybe even a set of carb brushes. In case you didn't know, WD-40 also makes a carb cleaner. - John
Thank you for the feedback. I do have a few more videos that you can find here udoit.me/home-improvement/equipment-maintenance-repair/pressure-washer/ as well as on my channel. - John
Omggggggnessssss yasssssss!!!!! I used a sewing needle this 2nd time to clean out the gold bolt jet thing again lol .... n IT WORKED 💪... THANK YOU, THANK YOU .... WOO HOO
INCREDIBLE NEWS! Thank you for sharing this. Bookmark this for the future in case things get more complicated and you need to do a deeper clean or even replace the carb. -John udoit.me/home-improvement/equipment-maintenance-repair/pressure-washer/
Any other suggestions ive done the first step w the jet/ gold bolt n, o ring. Checked all obvious viewable things gas oil hoses. It will start run for like 3 seconds n shuts off again .. Any SUGGESTIONS PLSE
This happened to me as well. There are several things to check. One possibility is to completely replace the carb as I did in one of my videos listed in the link. You can try to clean it out but be warned as it can be tedious since there are ports and inlets/outlets in a couple of spots that you'll need to clean. Definitely check the need to make sure that it moves freely and as mentioned inspect all ports. If you have an ultrasonic cleaner you can clean the carb that way. But for the less than $20 for a replacement carb you might hit a homerun with simply replacing it. udoit.me/home-improvement/equipment-maintenance-repair/pressure-washer/
Finally ! A person who advises people to take a photograph of parts and connections prior to disassembling so you can easily put it all together again. Thanks
HA! It's mainly cause I have the memory of a goldfish. I replaced a timer switch in our clothes dryer and I know that if I didn't take 10 pictures of all kinda angles it would blown up. - John
I'm not an expert on this but I encountered it as a result of connecting the linkages incorrectly after working on my carb. I had to go back to some previous videos that I shot to compare my connections. Once everything was hooked up correctly it worked. If everything is connected correctly then it could be a carb issue. Again, I'm not an expert on this area. - John
Appreciate you taking the time. I only have a few slots left now in this sub panel. WHAT HAPPENED??? Soon I will need to remove the main panel and this sub-panel and install a very large panel. I still have to install a new breaker for exterior outlets, a double-pole 50Amp for my welder and plasma cutter in the garage, another dedicated 20Amp for my compressor to support the plasma cutter and an air dryer for the compressor (I didn't even know that was a thing)! UGH!!! - John
I have this same model or one similar and my carb bowl bolt was clogged. Was driving me nuts trying to figure out why it would not start. Everyone check that first before ripping the whole carb off.
my problem was the hose that goes to the back of the air filter box, i took off the top of the pressure washer and eventually notice it was NOT connected, put the hose back on and screwed the top cover back on and it started up and stayed on.
Thanks! mine was having same problem, I put a new carb on and uggg same problem, then, I watched your video...carb spring and linkage was not connected in the right place, now it's working!
Thank you for your feedback. I've done that several times and each time it gets me. I had to look through my old footage to see how the linkages were connected.
