Depending on the length of your torso and femur this can be physically impossible. However good ankle and hip mobility is even more important in such a scenario.
Awesome variations of different body types with every athlete keeping the same mechanics in relation to their size and body type. 5 star video ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐!

Hi, like your content alot. I am new to Olympic weightlifting. Wanted to know regarding Olympic weightlifting program, in a session would you first program the Olympic lifts first before moving over to accessory work like squats, or would you say it's best to do squats first in a session and Olympic lifts after this? I have been doing the Olympic movement first, and when doing squats after i struggle to finish reps because I am tired.
Conventional order is most technique/speed-dependent to least. So yes, you would start with light tech work if there is any, then competition lifts/variants, then pulls, then squats/presses/etc. In some cases you can change that order, such as an athlete really needing to push leg strength, we may squat first for a period of time. www.catalystathletics.com/article/1983/Weightlifting-Program-Design-Exercise-Order/
This is one of my favorite lifting videos for when I'm going on an American Weightlifting binge. Kinda cursed to think this was just before your shoulder tear. Coach, thank you again for all your hard work and for sharing all this content even to this day.
