I am a small time travel blogger who documents trips I take. I want to share my experience on-board with others to help give them an idea on who to choose to travel with.
I remember I was to travel from Östersund to Bromma in Sweden, and this thing was parked outside. I was so disappointed it wasn’t a jet. Well out on the runway, I had the takeoff no jet ever by far have ever given me. It was like stamping full throttle at the dragstrip with a drag car. You got to try this one to believe it.
This was a special flight for winners of a competition, I do not think there are any scheduled S92 helicopter flights. Penzance Helicopters had a leased S92 G-LAWX for a few summers a few years back but not anymore. CHC and Bristow only operate flights for their oil and gas customers. If you want to fly a helicopter specifically then you are best to look for tour operators who do specialized tour flights or in the UK - Penzance Helicopters.

I remember a story of a blade breaking off and going through the cabin thankfully no one was killed it was a close call though I'd never fly on a turbo prop aircraft
Most remarkable plane ever, you can really feel the thrust, even with the E190 powered by the CF34 engines!! This one with the new PW1900G engines, is probably even more powerful like a rocket!
What’s with the new planes now having the same exact whale sounds? A350, A320neos, 737 max, A220, and now e-jet v2. 777-300ER has it during takeoff, but at least those ge90s during taxi rock. 787 has it, but at least it has its own unique taxi sound. This cannot replace the e170 and e190 sounds. I am already missing the e190s. Also, this wingview looks bad without the winglet.
A good explination of the whale songs in this reddit thread; www.reddit.com/r/AviationElevated/comments/10iacrk/at_certain_low_power_settings_an_acoustic/
Incredible sound of the Pratt & Whitney PW1900Gs, thats the sound of PurePower!!! And surely the E190-E2 must have felt like a rocket with those massive engines. The Airbus A321 NEO with the PW1133Gs (33,000 lb f output) also feels like a rocket with brisk acceleration: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-V3pX7aHORUg.html
