I've got over 20 years experience in the RC hobby, covering most genres such as on-road, off-road, boats, planes and FPV quads. Although, 99% of my RCs have been electric.
I often acquire NEW and/or current RCs whenever possible to test and review, and I upload at least one video per week, but quite often there's more. Be sure to leave a "LIKE" on my videos and if you like what you see, consider subscribing. It would really help me out and it's very much appreciated.

Is the car still running? Both my diffs broke in less than 5 battery packs of garden grass bashing. Actually really light bashing. I Cant imagine your diffs have no dammage. Did you check?
You won't get a backflip out of the metal version motor unless you enter at part throttle and then floor it. There is not enough wheel speed to flip on that KV.
What don't let the size fool you? YOU CRAZY LLAD? Am Searching weeks for 1:75 1/75 and just seen your mustang costs 90€+ this little shiet costs like a big one .and maybe more .I cant give 100bucks for 2 cm car...I do it for fun not for content etc so the 20/30€ is the maximum I would give.for christ sakes it will brake after 2/3 months why to throw 100 bucks like this am an accountant that's just waste of money and time
Yeah, my Kagama wing is the only thing that broke. It just has chunks that fell out when i turtled a couple of times. I changed out the battery straps first thing, after i installed titanium shock standoffs 😸
What's crazy us that Arrma still sells parts for this on their website. Do RC showed the Raider on a video today and he had to buy some replacement parts, which are amazingly still on the Arrma website. Good on them for supporting older platforms.
I dunno. No offense, but Hobby King have the worst store ratings I've ever seen on any website ever. They wanted $70 shipping costs on those $36 Turnigy lipos everyone's been promoting, and their business practices seem sketchy as hell. People not getting their order for 5 months, not getting a refund for 3 months after cancellation. I'm staying far away from Hobby King. Multiple review websites show pages of complaints. No thanks. No offense Vas, i trust you but not these bozos. $70 shipping on a $36 product. No thanks.
Me, a Felony owner scratches my head over why the Felony body doesn't have any of the protective inner tape, especially in the wheel well areas. All the paint got stripped off of my body around the rear wheel areas. Very disappointing. It was my second car and if I'd known the tires were gonna rub during expansion, i would have taped it myself. Also, no body post hole tape. WTF Arrma ?
These 6s are $37 They can't be 100c at that price. My Kagama needs 80c minimum on 6s due to the weight and power system. I'd love to be proven wrong, sort of, because i just spent $120 on an SMC 150C 8200 6s, and I'd almost pick up one of these Turnigy, but I've already got two cheapo puffed packs because the C rating was false and my Kagama drained them (in one run) down to below 2.7 volts per cell. I'd feel really dumb buying another battery that's just going in the trash bin. I'd love to be wrong, but i told myself no more cheap packs in the Kagama.
Interesting, I was looking for something for my Kagama here in UK, tempted by these but don't want a single use battery. Not sure we have SMC brand over here. Do you rate CNHL or DXF ones?
You get what you pay for, I’ve bought a lot of turnigy and zippy packs they always puff up eventually and cells die, they are good for beginners with planes cause you’ll no doubt pretzel a few of them and they are cheap to replace, so far the longest lasting pack I’ve ever owned is from Traxxas but it wasn’t cheap.
That cutoff voltage in the app is nuts. 3.2 volts as the highest cutoff ? What ? 3.0 volts as "medium" cutoff voltage? 2.8 volts as "lowest" cutoff voltage? Do MJX know that most chargers won't let you recharge your battery if it goes below 3.0 volts per cell ? That boggles the mind. It'll sure help them sell more batteries, but that's a terrible idea for safety and longevity of your packs. Hobbywing be like: 3.8 volts for high cutoff, 3.6 volts for medium and 3.4 volts for low. I have a battery sitting in my house at this minute that got down to 2.85 on one cell, with the other 2 cells at 2.9 and it won't charge. That is insane, MJX. Completely bonkers. I put LVC at 3.6 as the lowest I'm comfortable with. I don't know what possessed them to use 2.8 and 3.0 or 3.2 LVC settings. That's an off-brand ESC, or they went into the programming settings and took a hacksaw to them. Not acceptable. Otherwise, it looks very interesting, just not for me, especially at that price, and considering my past experience with MJX "warranty" support, which was all lip service and no action.
I like how the body decal says "1/10 monster car" It's original. I mean, most people call them RC cars, whether they're a truck or not, and TM probably had a language barrier, so I'm not trying to be a jerk. I just enjoy engrish. What ?!?! A Savox servo in an RTR ? That's 🤯 nuts ! Amazingly generous of Team Magic. That is unheard of in my experience. Arrma (god love them, but...) gives you a servo with nice gears and a motor from a crackerjack box and Traxxas (may they burn for all eternity) give you a servo with plastic Fisher Price gears and a motor made out of toothpicks and glue.
I drove my Granite 7-10 battery packs a week. Set my steering endpoints first off. The servo lasted 5 weeks. I didn't jump it, but i was driving in grass half the time. I dunno. It's a brushed motor in the servo, those never last very long. I put a $30 DSServo (35kg) in it and it's still going strong 5 months later. I don't know how you hit the servo lottery every time with Arrma. My Felony servos (1 stock and one replacement s652 unit from warranty) lasted 2 months and one month, respectively. Mind you, i replaced the Felony servos as soon as they started hesitating at the end of a run. I'm not about to lose a servo doing 60 MPH. Replaced with a Power Hobby 190MG, 3 months later it's still going strong. And i drove the Felony about 1/4 of the amount i drove the Granite (tires are effing expensive on the Felony, for how short they last)
I don't know what to tell you... 🤷 Believe it or not, I'm still running the stock ARRMA servo in my Senton 6S V1. That truck was released in 2015 (my unboxing was posted May 1st 2015) and it's still running the same servo. I don't think most of my other ARRMA trucks have standard servos anymore, but that's because I've done "builds" with them and upgrade the servo, but it's not because they failed. It is weird that I hardly ever have a servo go bad on me with any of my test cars (regardless of brand), although I do upgrade them if I don't like them. Yet there have been many comments over the years complaining about stock servo failures... Is it luck or something else? I honestly don't know... 🤷
I almost bought one but decided against it great detail but lacks driveability from what I've seen the HPI Q32 was better priced and more fun too great vid as always Vas RCYAL8R
Broke the end of a hinge pin off and they Wouldn't Warranty it 😠 had 2 buy a 4 pk for like $17 after shipping charges....pretty WEAK RLAARLO, NOW PROBABLY A 2 WEAK WAIT 😕🤨😠
Crash damage is not covered by warranty. Standard policy across all brands with some, very, very specific exceptions. So much so that if I break anything on this car, even I have to buy the parts myself. I may have gotten the car for nothing, but no special treatment otherwise. This rule also applies with the other brands I deal with, not just Rlaarlo. Sorry your car broke, but $17 is a small price to pay for a repair.
Did you miss the part where I said there are some "very, very specific exceptions"? Just because one company did this for you doesn't mean it's now blanket rule for all other companies to follow suit regardless of the circumstances. If you're going to expect a new truck every time you break something you're going to be very disappointed with this hobby, my guy.
The 1 43 jaibaile is better ... the TR is cool. But its way too light for its power and it bounces when you turn bc it grips... put hot wheels wheels on them 👍
How long does the battery last please? That's the big thing that would make or break this for me, whether (being stuck with 1 battery) it lasts a decent time or not. Thank you.
One of your fellow countryman and you tubers hates this thing, it broke every time it went out. Either maverick pay well or their QC is very poor between cars
I've been in this game for 12 years and I've never received a cent from any supplier, manufacturer or retailer, so I don't appreciate the accusations. It's interesting that because one guy broke his car I'm now being accused of lying and getting paid by the brand... Please explain how that makes sense? Is this other guy some sort of RC god where everything he says is absolute truth and everyone else is lying or getting paid to have a different opinion?? Please watch the video and tell me exactly how is the exchange of currency going to change the outcome of the run? Here's a crazy thought - and this is gonna blow your mind; what if, just like every other RC car out there, this other guy was harder on his car than I was? What if by pure fluke, something broke on his car that he never fixed properly afterwards and therefore it continued to break? It's crazy to think that 2 different people can have 2 different experiences with the same car, but yet here we are. And what about TomleyRC who also had a great bash with his Q2, was he getting paid as well? I'll end with this, his experience with the car doesn't override mine and mine doesn't override his. It's up to you and anyone watching to make up your own mind as to whether or not you like the RC in question and/or if you'll consider getting one. But what you don't do is accuse me or anyone of being deceptive by implying payment took place in order to change the outcome of a review and/or the narrative. I certainly don't appreciate it and find it very disrespectful and insulting. I've built my audience and their trust over many years and I would never betray them like that. Hey man, been a while since I watched a video of yours as I've been out of the hobby for a bit. What LiPo did you use in this? I just ordered one as a backyard basher but my 2S lipos I use in the Yeti XL obviously won't fit ;-)
I though that delay you mention 4:10 , it's something with ESC and not transmitter/controller. If what you're saying is true then maybe I'll give some of the cheaper replacement controller/transmitter a go on my MJX cars.

Just maiden mine thisafternoon and it’s nothing I've ever used in rc! I fly helis and planes but this is a different sort of fun. No regets whatsoever for a expensive model.
I think the "male Karen" is commonly known as a "Gary" DNA tests have confirmed that the Karen and the Gary share the same genetic makeup, regarding the massive ruler that is wedged in the sphincter from birth. This rigid metal ruler causes the Gary\Karen much discomfort, resulting in them being a total downer and whining and mingeing all the time, commonly getting in other folks business. Approach with caution. Never allow a Gary\Karen to catch you alone, as there will be nothing to do but leave the area in order to avoid a major bummer event.
