Every new "update" to channels that YT does just removes so much from it, I don't even care anymore. I may never even update the style of this now, it's meaningless to me, and has been so for several years.
My main work will largely be carried out on my Twitch channel now, as streaming is more fun to do overall. However, recordings from there will be edited and uploaded here, so you can still see LP's as I do them!
Either way, largely Touhou and Pokémon here at the moment, with Mario/Sonic/whatever else I feel like coming in at times. Check my playlists for LP's I've already done!
I believe that would be for prize insurance. Having Belt is integral to the ending of the turn to ensure that Sableye has more HP than its victim and can KO it. Unlike the Darkness Energy however it is also a playable card at any time by attaching it to a Uxie/Crobat if you don't have Sableye out, so it doesn't impede your draws the way a second energy would.
I didn't, but I recreated it and posted it in the description! The only thing that I can't load into Pepper's Deck Tile is the Victory Medal, since that was a separate saved object that to my knowledge doesn't exist in the API used for deck generation. Hope this helps though!

Hey there, i understand that this video is a few years old now and that there has been updates/revisions to this mod, i have looked into all that. I do have a general question however; Do you think I could get this running on Steam Deck? I understand the lack of mouse may make things unintuitive, but ive got a friend who id like to get into Pokemon TCG and the only way we can is through this mod on steam deck.
From my buddy Pepper, who maintains this mod: "There should be zero issues running TTS on a steamdeck. the game runs nativly in linux and you yourself can confirm it is playable on controller" My main concern if a controller is the ONLY thing you have access to would be controlling camera zoom and the likes, and it definitely will be clunkier to grab cards and manipulate your hand... but all of the functions are there!
Isn't this a glitch? It turns up in all my Ganonhunts. I use advanced item placement and beatable only, but with "No glitches" yet every time I have to fight him without the silver arrows.

You can also open packs as well if you'd like to do a Draft-style thing, which is what we started with.

The Sand Cannon thing? Eh... sorry, it's not even close lol. These Eruption-style attacks have never been good, and here the numbers are too low to even be worth an afterthought. Compare it to the Typhlosion from BREAKthrough (2 generations ago mind you), who did 80 for each it discarded and was completely worthless. Sure this is a Stage 1, but HP targets have almost doubled since then! I'm pretty confident in saying that even with optimal building you're gonna average 180 damage AT BEST here, which doesn't even hit V's for a OHKO. All whilst getting at best about 4 attacks off before ruining your entire deck (we saw Chandelure burn out before, we know how this goes!) It's a funny card, but not even close to being worth building around. There has to be a cutoff for these videos somewhere, and I'm afraid this one falls quite far below it! But hey, this is essentially what I would've said had it come up, so if anyone scrolls down they can see the response!
i purchased lost branch of legend about a week ago, only played on easy cause im new to this sort of game but ive really enjoyed it so far. Your videos have helped me understand the game better and improve so thanks... i just made it to seija kijin for the first time but she killed me when i got her to half health lol. will practice more and watch more videos^^
I mean these cards are part of the Expanded pool! This is the Rotation that occurred in the first year of the pandemic. We're still not quite up to modern Standard format yet, but we're getting close in our History recording!
That synergy of all Cirno's cards at the end makes it feel like she is Thanos, that collected all the infinity stones, just playing with her food, she truly is the strongest of all, and Yukari just feeding her more and more of those "0 cost best card in the game" 3 times . . . she is insane. Still weaker than t-shirt tho, t-shirt is the best.
They changed TFM to be a debuff on the latest versions so now it became a bearable card lategame if you buy a Firsy aid from the tactical kappa, or have some amulets on hand.

2:48 I wanted to write you an idea of "redemption arc" where to atone for your sins against the t-shirts you need to complete a lunatic run wearing one from start to finish. That would be the dream seed right there. But the infamous savage, "The menace to all that is made of cotton and has a cute print" strikes again, brutally rejecting yet another t-shirt. Some may say that "lunatic t-shirt run" is "too harsh" and "it will be asking too much". But considering the amount of war crime you committed - you bribe demons with t-shirt, the demon who later bring that t-shirt in hell. You use one of the t-shirt to gain health and then sell it to slavery. You reject two t-shirts, killing their souls on the spot from the sheer amount of sadness. . . and just how many have you killed while nobody was looking? Dear god. . . No! The "lunatic t-shirt run" is completely justifiable! But alas, it is not going to happen, it seems. They will always suffer at the hands of humans, giving them health points while dreaming about beautiful sunset with their masters, that will never become a reality in a million years. They believe, they're trying their best while everyone laughs, they fight for their dream . . . and they lost. What a fate. (also, holly shit, it probably took longer for me to write all this down than to just watch video and be on my way, what am I doing? damn)
I... have no words xD. If only our adversaries didn't Lock On to the glory of this T-Shirt so easily, maybe it could've stuck around... (but yeah seriously, the massive amount of added damage is far too much to justify taking it on higher difficulties!)
Looking back at this (and all the other video runs of the game that I’ve seen,) there does seem to be one flaw when it comes to the structure of this game. When it comes to the enemies the difficulty for the most part only increase by having more HP and attack harder while most of the Events either don’t have enough variety of options or don’t wind up being much of an improvement and in some cases end up hurting more than helping the player. One other thing to note: the Jade Box features I would guess were meant to make the game more interesting but the effects made the gameplay either more gimmicky or contrived instead of it actually being fun to do over and over. P.S.: There’s more I can bring up but I’ll say it in the next video.
It’s astonishing that in your 10 on-screen play-throughs you haven’t landed on Junko, Keine or Doremy at all but stumbled onto Toyohime at least 8 or even 9 times now! No Junko and especially Doremy is crazy, I hadn't realised I was missing her too! As for the video not showing, no idea tbh... there weren't any issues with the upload as far as I could see.
1:39:56 This gave me an idea. Do "Expanding border" combo with "Dichromatic Lotus Butterfly"? Cause it says "Whenever Reimu gains block or Barrier" and expanding gains block multiple times thanks to abundance of rainbow mana, if this does combo then you miss out on a hell of a lot of damage. . . and fun B)
It would indeed combine like that! The issues with doing that at the time it came up were that it would cost most of the mana I had to cast the RRWW Dichromatic, and well I just plain didn't have Expanding Border in hand xD. I prolly would've done it if I did though!
31:50 I have a feeling that one of the devs loved to play Warcraft, hence they add "Frozen Throne" ability with Arthas pose, and also add blink dagger as exhibit (even though this version is from dota 2, original dota is just a custom map for warcraft 3)
1:40:02 is reference from dota it is a literal item in the game, particulary this version is from dota 2 and i hope that they can use that item as "fair use" for reference without trouble from valve
The only problem I saw at this game is the card acquire ratio. Instead os letting the player fully control the card he wishes to acquire the game let it by luck. I would suggest the developers to allow players to choose cards based on their styles, not on luck. It would be better to provide the game a possibility to freely choose and acquire cards at the player's will. It may permit players to make powerfull decks with lots of combos and mana refresh cards. Exemple: Infinity mana deck or exile and counter deck or attack and recover life deck
I think that will break the balance of the game, it's meant to be played kinda roguelike (it makes me remember FTL game) u can combo quite a lot of cards and mechanics already and cards are not fully random, when you get a card choice, the game will generate only those you can afford with your mana pool, and thus you can manipulate the variety of cards by acquiring different mana points, or stick to your original colors to prevent you from possible getting some of the card that you don't want
@@LuizFelipe-sp9dg hmm. . . in case you misunderstand me I will clarify something, by "magazine" I meant shop, it's just a . . . thing in my country(I don't live in US) to call almost all kinds of shops "magazine" I don't know how often shop called that way in English. I should've called it "shop event" but habit kicked in, and I just wrote it without a second thought. oh well now when that is out of the way. What can I say about shop event? It's pretty straightforward, in case you did not watch the whole video, there are several stages in this game and each stage has a map with multiple path, each path has predetermined events(fight, interaction, shop, gap), and among these events are shop events(at least one) that you can visit per stage, and it sells large variety of cards, as well as other stuff. And returning to my original comment, all card choices are influenced by your mana pool including those in shop, so you can greatly manipulate what choices you are given, another thing is by default you only can get neutral cards and character specific cards by acquiring certain items(you will be given a choice to take those items) you can mix some cards of other character in your deck. Off course, you can say that "it is still random" and you will be right, cause it's a roguelike game and randomness is kinda the point. But the game itself is not super rough if you play decently you will win. . . a do say 90%(on normal) of all your games, where most of that 10% is probably a skill issue(bad gamble, suboptimal play). To truly lose because of "the game is screws you up" you need really terrible luck.
@@littletimmy8817 The shop event only works if the player has the money to buy the cards, right? If the player wants a barrier specialist Reimu for example, how could the player get the best cards early in the game?

This game is awesomely made. It has beautiful 3D moving background. The cards are clearly based on MTG (Magic The Gathering) and the gameplay appears to be done thinking about the fun of the player. It's a Master Piece. And the background Music is perfect
The Cards are based on Slay the spire the game even tells it by the difficulty setting "if you are not familiar with slay the spire choose the Easy Mode" but i agree with everything else you say ^^
