About Michelle Goldstein: Michelle has been maintaining a daily yoga practice since 1999 and has been teaching yoga since 2004. She has studied under a wide range of respected teachers from around the world including Bryan Kest, Tias Little, Annie Carpenter, Jerome Mercier and Erich Schiffman.
The intention/mantra I decided to set for today was "Be confident in your joy", which is something I have really been needing. This class truly empowered me to embody that. Thank you <3
I loved this flow because it made my body and mind so relaxed. I remembered I'm an agent of positivity, and it's an intentional choice to be that way. It's not something I'm always conscious of, but it's who I want to be. We can radiate light and inspiration just by being, being authentic and true. But that doesn't mean it's smiling and fake happiness all the time. It's going through the lows and suffering with grace, patience, an open mind, and understanding. Pain and suffering are also part of the human experience, but I choose to find contentness in all aspects of life... I'm not sure why I went on that rant. But thank you for this flow, which helped my sore muscles and opened my mind and heart up - may I radiate peace unto those I come into contact with today
She lied and chose to trick me into making an argument instead of just telling me 1 thing I did bothers her a little bit that’s not fair :( I forgive though
