its sad that chaos uses such a hideous scene to show the features . when the quality of the scene looks so kiddish how new users will know what capability vantage has. look at the scenes that D5, lumion or any other software share. people look at them and they feel the software can give so much realism. its a first impression that makes u open the link. right know only people that use vantage come here to see the updates. chaos you need to do better . this is my feedback as your customer.
ehhh. D5 and TV looks 100 times better. Vantage should be integrated into V-ray, It was stupid idea to lunch new software. Vray for Rhino8 doesnt work properly and only CPU rendering works. If You have good GPU dont waste your time to try Vantage.
Being a Corona user, I am currently in the process of getting into Vantage, but what I see so far I really like a lot. Everything's quick, easy and intuitive. And the best thing about it - it's a matter of choice - one's not obliged to use Vantage. If you prefer GPU rendering - go with it. Btw, recently there was a good tut on ChaosTV about using GPU rendering and saving on RAM. You may wanna check it out. Greetz
So when you set the focal length to 600mm the viewport does this thing where there are all these black artifacts everywhere. Mine did that as well. Later in the video that is all gone. how did you make that go away?
So are reflective and refractive indirect caustics still not supported by GPU in vray after all these years? Very cool but just something ive noticed coming from redshift and octane that a simple chrome ball with a area light hitting it doesn't produce any sort of additional reflective caustic on the ground. Kind of a standard thing I thought.
again guys! where i can find the files to test exactly what you show here? at least the 2 something form the scene to experiment with the exact same scene! c'mon guys!
@@jamaljamalwaziat1002 easy! nah! you are a pro or feel like that. i'm not. second. i need the settings. the settings i will use are not the same. CONCLUSION! share a scene to work with!
I am having a problem enabling motion blur for my scene. can you guys help, please? I've read the documentary, followed what it says, and still no Motion blur
If the trees background are not showing, you either click diffuse texture alpha found in the asset editor, trees background, opacity drop down list. Or you relink the map from the assets folder in the color correction section.
