In my analog and journaling journey,I have never tried the Lochby brand out. I absolutely love the pocket size as that's what I do all of my analog in. The case for the pocket in canvas is pretty brilliant. I've been seeing these around youtube. Definitely a brand I want to try.

I find the venture Pouch innovative as well. I do have trouble fitting everything into it that I'd like to. (I think that's my tendency to not pack light though.) I am totally obsessed with the double sided system. What a genius idea. That hand strap of yours, is a unique touch. Nice job. Have you tried out a tool roll? I'm still working on my perfect carry system. But i saw a lady put a strap inside the tool roll and then roll it up, to make it a shoulder carry.

I have 2 pocket journals. 1 is my checkbook and register plus receipts holder. It actually fits. The 2nd, i use for insurance cards, appointment cards, and a nail file in that middle pocket in the back. I also use a daily gratitude journal plus a moleskine 2024 weekly pocket calendar. It's a perfect fit! I love Lochby products. Just ordered a tool roll on Labor day sale.

15 mm. I probably have an unpopular opinion here, but I prefer the pocketed approach on the pocket journal over the pen loop. I love that approach on my pocket journal, filling it with a pen and pencil. Meanwhile, I rarely use the pen loop on my field journal, opting instead to throw my pens in the notebooks and cinch down the strap because my TWSBI fountain pen dangles precariously with the heavier cap forcing it to flap around, the Pilot G2 rubber always gets jammed, and my Pentel P209 slips out on the regular.
No zips eh? 😅. Love your products, the only design feature I’d love to see on the field journals though is a zip closure option. I know the pen loop may be interfered with but maybe can be worked around?

What pen is that?! Looks like a Zeppelin! Also yes, journaling your thoughts can be very useful. Morning pages with a nice pen or pencil can be a great way to start your day with less anxiety!
I should Really start a journal.. especially for Just This alone- my thoughts. (...but. unfortunately. I Hardly have time to be in my planner as much as I would prefer to be, let alone adding another thing on.. 😢 sooo... until I have more "free time" on my hands, I guess I sit on my thoughts & anxieties as I have been. :/ meh. ) I Will get a lochby, hopefully that new mini one coming out soon!, one day.. and then- I'll journal in there! :) :)

@@lochby do you guys have an updated design where there isn’t a velcro strap on the big back pocket on the outside? In this video, it looks like there’s no Velcro strap, but on mine there is.
