My name is Josh Scruggs and I have been training since 2006. I have trained in Jeet Kune Do Concepts with added Muay boran elbows, Wado Ryu Karate, boxing and Muay boran.
I am currently studying Lethwei and Muay boran elbows.
I love Elbows and on my channel you will see Lethwei, Kun Khmer, Panantukan and Muay Boran Elbows!!
Southeast Asia has the best martial arts and elbows. Whether it's Silat, Panantukan, Muay Boran, Lethwei, Kun Khmer etc.... they have excellent elbows!
Prolly hit lower on the second elbow. Most won't survive the first elbow. They'll by on the way down by the left hook to the liver. So practice second elbow lower
WoW. As a millwright who's worked in the field, there are times when no prybar or mallet will do. You have to bump something into place. Heal of hand, shoulder. Just above the knee. Etc etc. My Lord, I've never moved a Tree! 💪 😎
Your technique is impressive that's also a very creative way to train. I would wear some type of hand protection if I wear you because I was practicing elbow strikes just like this and my pinky and ring finger cought the bag and fractured them both and took six weeks to heal. Keep it up!
He isn't pulling, he's just not really punching. If he's pulling, he isn't pulling it back to guard. He doesn't appear to have much experience w a target that hits back. But it's good cardio
@@MarvelousMilleryou reek "never been in a physical altercation" this is embarrassing. stop beating on your old man & go try that kung fu bs in a actual fighting gym. you've been watching too many movies 😂
