Is it me or does this stage production seem a little low budget given she is who she is? She sounds great but it just kind of feels like not much time, effort, money went into the design production. It’s hard to articulate, I think for a too long standing performer like ST everything would be big and over the top but I’m probably wrong. She sounds great though.
When she took off her hat I thought it was a drag queen it didn't look like shania's face at all she's 60 I think that this performance needs to be packed away I did not enjoy it it's nothing like when she began it on stage years ago she doesn't have the oomph or the figure something I noticed that was extremely hard not to notice was that the audience was 90% men and boy was that a overcrowded audience lol when years ago Shania came out she was the best thing that ever happened she literally changed country music I mean I'm not even sure which genre she fitted I think she crossed all of them you go gurl💥
Yes, she is singing live. However, her mic volume is controlled by a sound techie backstage. He can adjust her mic up or down while bringing up or down the pre-recorded sound track. That process is necessary to get rid of noise that would be amplified over & over again thus producing a horrible screeching noise via the loudspeakers. This technique isn't new; they've been using it in the movies since the 1930's!
@@officeboy89 Also, don't forget, Ben - you can't tell the quality of the sound when you watch youtube videos on your computer with its $5 audio chip, $5 amplifier chip, & $10 speakers. If you play the CD on a $1000 amplifier with $1000 speakers then you will find that she sings very well indeed.
She’s good but I can’t believe how cheesy this production is. The costumes, the staging and especially choreography are incredibly bad. Painful cringe.
