@@JasmineRossolVlogs the gym can get a little tiring at times and you lose motivation. Believe it or not I got inspired when you posted you going to the gym! I got a online coach for some guidance and lost 18 pounds. I have one week left and will start another program to just focus on the muscle building to get toned. Since losing the weight I look like a stick with no shape 😂 I would like to fill up the back of my jeans just a little.
