Nice setup - I really like that deep low and mellow sound! I was looking for a new setup on my CV, currently running Borla's which are OK, but the Jones sound better. Thanks for posting!
Wow I've never heard my 08 P71 sound like that. I live in Minnesota, not sure what's the coldest I've started it in, maybe -15-20 but i know no -30. Mine also always fires right up no questions asked with super hot heat regardless of temperature.
@TheDoorsHK21 My car also is parked in a heated garage whenever it's not at home so it never sits for more than maybe 10 hours tops outside. I looked back through my snapchat memories, the coldest cold start I could find was -13 on 1/26/2022. I will say that use Amsoil synthetic fluids for engine and transmission, but yeah mine didn't make half as much noise and the RPMs still went up closer to 2k on initial start. I just thoroughly enjoy these cars, there probably isn't anything wrong with your car the average person just doesn't do the kinda upkeep on their cars like I do lol.
When you had this Crown Victoria, after the transmission rebuild did you still retain your factory 11.25 inch police interceptor torque converter and also did you get a custom tune along with the shift kit or did the shift kit alone make the tires chirp 2nd gear?
I tow my 14 foot Jon with my 2006 Crown Vic. I put Monroe 550055 rear shocks on with a billit aluminum 1" spring spacers for the rear springs. Car sits flush while towing with no sag. My boat and trailer is lighter than my utility trailer and even the utility trailer has no sag. It used to bottom out the suspension. Utility trailer is only about 450 to 575 pounds
@@furkancelik099 There are no vehicle inspections in Minnesota and the police are unlikely to enforce noise ordinances, especially with how quiet this M5 is compared to some V-Tecs and rusty Chevy trucks that are the more frequent noise emitters.
funny enough I have been looking for this exact clip, I see 2wd trucks spinning tires on the ramp, but looks like the vic (on lighter duty tires) does just fine! thanks! looking forward to taking my 2010 p7b and 1965 sears runabout out!
It's all in the tires and the launch conditions. I run summer performance optimized Bridgestone Potenzas and they grip perfectly up the steepest ramps - the compound is semi soft. I hope to see videos of your P7B and the boat!
PPPOW!!!!! TAKE A BOW!!! Perfect song to be driving a police interceptor Crown Victoria in Germany at night you hit the nail on the head my friend awesome video thank you so much for uploading I love my Crown Victoria I wish to see more in Germany especially first time drivers looking at their face reaction with loud tailpipes I love your video very much
@@TheDoorsHK21 Oh my, 80 MPH may be why it's getting less economy! lol. I was hoping it would be better than motorhome. It gets between 6.9 and 9 depending on speed. Trying to be able to afford to have fun on a limited budget. Thanks!
@@WayneThePreacher if you were to keep it around double nickel and kept the A/C off, then you should see better economy, but keep in mind that the 4.6 doesn't have the torque to cruise up steep grades with a trailer, especially if you have a grandpa rear end ratio
This is why I drive a Town Car... Nevada Winters are hell frozen over. My GMC duramax diesel is slow going, the 5.7vortec was stubborn, and the Subaru said *NO* Town Car couldn't care less and woke right up! Panther cars are truly spectacular machines...
My e39 M5 has been on blocks in the garage for the last 1.5yrs doing suspension work. I miss it so much, that i find myself here once a day listening to this beauty just to motivate me to get to start working on it. This is therapy for me. Thank you for the posting. More vids please
@@TheDoorsHK21 I noticed it's lowerd. Been debating between coilovers and din Koni dampers + H&R springs combo. How low are you and how does the car feel compared to stock setup? Don't want the ride to be too harsh that's why am leaning more towards the koni kit.
Hy, i have a question. You just deleted the mufflers ? The cats are on or you removed them too. You have a straight pipe from cats tot back ? Srry for my bad english. Thx M8.
@@TheDoorsHK21 thank You for answer. Where i can find supersprint x pipe ? I searched in google and gaved me nothing. Thx again. Your sound ia just perfect !
@@BarDaniel it's the non-resonated x pipe, found on supersprint's website www.supersprint.com/ww-en/bmw-e39-m5/supersprint-performance-sport-exhaust-bmw-e39-m5/centre-pipe-x-v5.aspx#!/
