This is a labour of LOVE. My purpose is building a big library of the best american music out there, just to PRESERVE IT and SPREAD IT. I want to HELP musicians, letting their music could be shared on social network or whatever. I usually will not upload more than 3 songs from an album, just because i don't want to rip off the artistic work behind it. PLEASE, if you want to reclaim copyrights or whatever, drop me a line in a private message and i will delete the songs immediately. But remember: if you sell one more CD maybe it's because my work. Enjoy, share and rock on! thanks so much. Luca
And when you're sitting there In your silk upholstered chair, Talking to some rich folks that you know, Well, I hope you don't see me In my ragged company All that you know, I could never be alone, Take me down, little Susie, take me down I know you think you're the queen of the underground, Send me dead flowers every morning, Send me dead flowers by the mail, Send me dead flowers to my wedding, And I won't forget to put roses on your grave, And when you're sitting back In your rose pink Cadillac, Making bets on Kentucky Derby days, I'll be in my basement room With a needle and a spoon, And another girl to take my pain away Take me down, little Susie, take me down I know you think you're the queen of the underground, Send me dead flowers every morning, Send me dead flowers by the mail, Send me dead flowers to my wedding, And I won't forget to put roses on your grave, Take me down, little Susie, take me down I know you think you're the queen of the underground, Send me dead flowers every morning, Send me dead flowers by the mail, Send me dead flowers to my wedding, And I won't forget to put roses on your grave No, I won't forget to put roses on your grave
heard this on CKUA couple days ago, they play matt anderson here and there, first time i heard him i was like, where did this guy come from and why am i just hearing him, this was last summer hearing matts singing ... thank you, CKUA ...
Alas, musicians don't tend to play like this today! Why there is no demand for virtuosity like this which is almost counter intuitive! Just mind boggling technique which probably took Barney about 30 years playing to get to this level! When he recorded this in the mid 1950's! Outstanding!
Man i miss this guys music, his new songs of todays world, post Covid and Orange Turd would help us navigate this " Big ole goofy world" he even mentoined von Shitzinpants in a 2016 song. Look for it, was labelled as a Fuhrer. Timely, but als prophetically wrote.
