Song says, how they became friends and started drugs. He tells that they both have done so many bad things togather due to drugs. Even they fought with each other because of it and they separated and couldn't be there in his last breath. He regrets and say "u used to say that u would never leave me but now u r gone and m alone here" which is one of my favourite line of this song.
